Do not switch to Engie, I have been very sorry, this is clearly the worst energy supplier

First of all, customer service is just animals, they don't know customer-friendliness, they accuse me and hang telephone on face while I try to understand.

The first months they are very good and helpful but then they start with their nonsense.
Normally I will never just put a bad review but Engie is really the worst energy supplier.
