Very professional from the quote process to the installation. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Energeyes to help us with our leaking basement. It turned out we also had water pouring into our crawlspace. Energeyes did a rather difficult job and left everything in better shape than when they arrived. We are very pleased with the professional services they offer. We would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I was originally looking for a company to put insulation in my attic. Energeyes came out and I was so impressed I asked them to look at my crawlspace for total encapsulation. They did an amazing job on my crawlspace and my attic. I have actually had several other contractors comment that the encapsulation was done exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend Energeyes. They were very professional and had a very reasonable price for the crawlspace and attic job.

I would recommend these folks without hesitation. They corrected water leaking into my garage by installing a french drain. The young people who did the work were conscientious, careful, considerate and solicitous. All the work was performed exactly as promised and no corrections or follow-ups have been needed. How rare indeed it is for home improvement jobs to be carried out without some sort of blemish on the transaction!

Phillip was very professional when he came to my home to give me a quote. I was impressed by the workers and I could feel an immediate change when the insulation was put into my house that was built in 1980. I highly recommend them.

I've worked with Energeyes on several projects over the past 3 years and have always experienced fantastic service, timely responses to customer needs or job changes and aggressive pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Energeyes to anyone in need of foundation repairs, drainage, insulation or energy efficiency recommendations for their home or business.

We had Energeyes come out and remove old, original insulation from our attic and replace it with new clean insulation, up to code. They did not ask for a review but I felt I needed to post one. Everyone we dealt with in the company was curteous and professional. The crew they had come out was very efficient and polite. I believe they are all employees and not subcontractors. I had informed them of my daughter s issues with mold and dust and they were so conscientious. I appreciated that they covered their shoes when entering the home each time and had the hose run through the nearest window, as opposed to down the stairs and through the house. I don t really enjoy having work done at the house but these guys did a great job and were a pleasure to have working here.

Food was good. Customer service was good. So, the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashier act like somebody wasn't going to pay. We all had separate tickets. We all stood in line to pay. In the middle of one transaction, she goes verify with the folks in the back. I think that was WRONG. That was my FIRST Iand LAST time eating there. Don't automatically think someone is going to take from you.

They were the most knowledgeable and honest of all the contractors from which I got a bid. They also did a great job.

Honest, thorough, and timely... A friend referred me to Energeyes and I'm glad they did. If you're looking for a vendor for vapor seal or encapsulation or insulation, look no further!

Everyone we worked with at Energeyes was exemplary. Philip, who helped run our energy audit, was helpful and answered all my questions about the Thermal Imaging tool and blower door he used to track down our gaps.

When I got the estimate, Philip also worked with me to get it broken down into actionable chunks.

When we had our attic holes sealed, and a radiant barrier and insulation installed, the crew that came out were phenomenal. Richard was an excellent point of contact for the process, providing all the information I needed to make sure I understood what was going on. And I truly appreciate the work done by Richard, Tyler, Kemp, and Kyrell over the course of two hot days. They put in a lot of hard work, and when it comes time to seal our crawlspace, we will be calling Energeyes.

The installation job is finished back in September. We have not gotten any rebate from Duke Energy. On November 13, Phillip sent email (after I sent multiple emails), he said Duke changed their program, so his team needs to do air leakage test to be able to meet the requirement and be eligible for their rebate program. Now is 12/9 (more than 2 weeks) and I did not hear anything from this company, nobody bothers to contact me or sending me any update. The job is great but very bad customer service. Maybe we are a small customer for them, so they don't really care about us?

Dec 18, the owner (Phillip Badrick) sent me an email and offered me $ 50 to take down my review from HomeAdvisor (like a bribe). He said that the application get rejected, due to Duke changed their standard.

Irene, I have been trying to get clarification from the rebate program if we can still be a part of their program due to recent changes in their standards. Unfortunately, they have rejected my request and we are no longer able to submit projects for rebates. As I mentioned before, this was an unexpected sudden change that was given to use with very little prior notice. Due to this we will not be able to submit your rebate. I know this is not the results you wanted to hear and it is certainly not what we desired either but it is outside of our control. We do not guaranty theses rebate but can certainly offer you a $50 refund off you job for this inconvenience. In order for us to process this we would need you to remove the negative review that you posted on Home Advisor. Let me know if you would like for us to send you this refund.

I called Duke Energy next following day, hoping I can help out and get my rebate. Duke has confirmed that there was never an application under my name nor my address. They said the contractor might never submitted the application. They also said it is the contractor responsibility to ensure that they can fulfill the promise before the offer the rebate to the customer. They also mentioned if only the contractor submitted the application, they can help and escalate to the higher management, because of the customer have called them. So basically, not only the lie about my application get rejected but also trying to bribe me with $ 50, hoping other customer will see them as 5 stars company.

Irene, I have looked back through my records from my office manager who submits all of our rebates and you are correct that your rebate was never submitted. It was my understanding that it had been submitted and denied as we had other rebates that this happened with. We can submit the rebate even thought it will not meet Duke programs requirements and you can follow up with them about it. Or, if you prefer, we can send you a $50 refund if you will remove the negative review online. I again apologies for how this has turned out and certainly wish it were different. We had been using this rebate program successfully for years and not until they made this recent change have we had an issue with them.

Do not get fool by the 5 stars, he probably just bribe everybody to take down the real feedback. I would not recommend them to anybody. It was a nightmare.

Used Energeyes to address several issues in my mother's townhouse's crawlspace. These guys are cost-effective, professional, responsive, top-notch, know their stuff and believe in customer service. I have used them before for insulation in both my crawlspace and my attic and these guys were great then and were great today! I wish all of the companies I deal with were anywhere near as good as Energeyes (and although this might sound like a commercial or paid review, it isn't! I rarely ever give rave reviews like this, but this company deserves them!)

How refreshing to deal with a contractor who is prompt, professional, and who did an excellent job! Phillip was very helpful and detailed in his estimate for a complex job, and his team followed through perfectly. They even called before they arrived like they said they would--unheard of in the construction industry!

I had EnergyEyes do a blower test on two homes now and they were very through and professional. The technician who did the test caught items that our home inspector did not, and their report was very useful in understanding the airflow issues and remediation options for both homes. Highly recommended if you want a better sealed home today.

This company was incredibly easy to work with! They were personable and responsive. They cleaned up some mildew in our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. Would definitely hire them again if needed!

I'm glad that we hired Energeyes! They encapsulated the crawlspace for us and even though I can be a picky customer, I am very satisfied with the job. The folks they had working here always treated my wife and I with respect and the price they gave us to do the amount of work that they did was very fair... and I did check around!

Phillip and his experts sealed the crawlspace under our house several years ago. We had experienced problems with moisture and mold and needed to prevent the problem from coming back once cleaned up. They did a great job. We have experienced a drop in our electric bill as a result, about $100 per month less than before the space was sealed. The work paid for itself in about a year!
