So I went there on labor day with the wife and it was not super crowded. For the size of the casino I was surprised, but I guess the pandemic is still keeping people away. Also surprised to see $15 dollar minimum table games which was great. Played craps, 3card poker, and some slots. Dealers were nice and the Floor Supervisors as well. Asked questions about the place with a evs attendant and security guards, they were very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and well kept. Probably shouldn't expect anything less from a world class casino operator. Overall, we had a great time. Definitely we will be back to explore more of what they have to offer.

Wynn properties always use quality furnishings. It's the Guest Services that needs help.

Simple requests on transferring calls, retrieving messages, turning off message light are beyond their knowledge base.

Drinks in the Casino and at their F&B venues need help. They need to know a martini does not include ice cubes!

Who says calling ahead and asking for special treatment doesn't work. From the moment I got on the phone with this hotel the staff was so accommodating and happy to help make this a very special trip for my son who's in the military. My son just recently got married and planned his mini honeymoon at the Encore Hotel. This staff went so far above and beyond for the new couple. 1st let me thank the booking staff for all your help. The front desk for the amazing accommodations you made for the happy couple. The restaurant staff was awesome and the food was top notch. Both desserts the couple was served were not only just fantastic in taste but looked so good you almost didn't want to eat them. I said almost :) The casino was a fun environment to be in and the grounds and surrounding area had much to keep you occupied. It was a beautiful wedding and topped off with the best mini moon anyone could have wanted. Thank you again to the staff for making it the perfect ending to the perfect weekend.

Not a big payout casino and most machines require 5+ "coins or $" per play, so not a place to go just for fun...adds up FASTER than most casinos, including Vegas, FL PA, ME..
$1 machines take $9-$15 per play.... Just not a place I would entertain returning. If payouts are this bad, I would rather be playing $1 or $3 a play not $15. Nice building. WONDERFUL parking attendant, he was VERY nice and helpful, all with a smile!!

Beautiful building. Luxury on the inside and on the outside.. Set on the water. Very professional. Sports bar food was decent. I believe there is a new sport bar opening soon. Valet parking quick.

That's one small step for man, one giant leap for Massachusetts.
I wish it had been built in a nicer neighborhood.

Every person who is part of the Encore Team that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Truly some of the best customer- guest service that I have experienced to date. The facility is gorgeous and meticulously maintained by top notch staff.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The service was phenomenal and my room was simply top notch! I also appreciated the personalized message on my television screen, welcoming me. That is a really special and authentic touch.

From checking to check out, everything was great. The facility is beautiful and clean. The view of the Boston Harbor from my room on the 19th floor was exceptionally gorgeous. Every staff, I interacted with was nice and professional. The layout and the decor of bathroom and bedroom were meticulously well designed and simply beautiful.

The customer service we received at check in & checkout was extraordinary. Julia, who helped us both times was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Kudos to her! Our room was gorgeous and the view was amazing! Everything in it exceeded our expectations. We want to go back!!!
