Who says calling ahead and asking for special treatment doesn't work. From the moment I got on the phone with this hotel the staff was so accommodating and happy to help make this a very special trip for my son who's in the military. My son just recently got married and planned his mini honeymoon at the Encore Hotel. This staff went so far above and beyond for the new couple. 1st let me thank the booking staff for all your help. The front desk for the amazing accommodations you made for the happy couple. The restaurant staff was awesome and the food was top notch. Both desserts the couple was served were not only just fantastic in taste but looked so good you almost didn't want to eat them. I said almost :) The casino was a fun environment to be in and the grounds and surrounding area had much to keep you occupied. It was a beautiful wedding and topped off with the best mini moon anyone could have wanted. Thank you again to the staff for making it the perfect ending to the perfect weekend.
