I've been living at Encasa since January 2021 and overall I'm enjoying it here. The leasing office, specifically the manager Rimi has been amazing to deal with. A couple of months ago when I had a issue with regards to my assigned parking space, she genuinely listened to my concerns and successfully rectified the issue to my satisfaction.

Keep away from this place, Management is useless, and incompetent. (Except Rocky) He is more reliable, polite and professional. Rimi Dosanjh does not treat everyone the same and has favoritism with certain residents. After she took place as manager things are going from bad to worst. A new company took over but they did not replace her. None of our concerns and issues were never set properly. As well, as important emails were mostly ignored.
Talking about the complex itself .floor plans are nice and spacious, such as modern bathrooms, nest thermostat, gas stove etc but overpriced. The whole community have some amenities but a fee comes with them. Such as; club house, storage, parking. In fact, that is the only place I had lived where residents pay for parking and their parking system is a disaster. Guests have priority to park nearby while some residents need to walk long distances.
Many cars had been towed away (called and sign by the manager). She would have towed someone s car if she wants to but if is someone she may think it will be a problem then she won t. ( Not the same rule applied for everyone, I had seen it several times). Break ins are on daily basis. As when I moved my car s insurance went up due to a high crime zip code.
In the summer, expect tons of ants mainly because the land where the complex is built was not chemically treated well from the beginning, so no matter what they do it won t ceased. When moving out do not expect your sec. deposit back but exaggerated bills and cleaning fees. In conclusion, not worth at all, a lot has to do with chaotic management. Encasa has not found the right manager yet and that is reflected on unhappy residents and all issues the complex has.
If you want to have piece of mind avoid this place at all costs.

there are lots of issues in this apartment:
1. You will have tons of ants in your apartment in the summer, their ants control is nothing.
2. You will face unexpected charges without explanations because they are busy
3. You will need to pay a lot when you move our, even in a 1b1b you need to pay painting fee I haven't heard in any apartment I lived in.
4. The package would not be delivered to your front door but you need to go very long way to take your heavy package from the parcel room.

Bad safety measure in garage and package delivery....

Bad safety measure in garage and package delivery. This has been a continuing issue for a long time, but Encasa didn't do anything to help improve it.

Packages are always delivered in a messy way,
1. I have lost 4 packages over the past 4 months (worth $150 + so much energy)
2. You will not receive locker code 15% of the time.
3. You may lose mail (be careful with your costco cash rewards or credit card :) )
4. Messy package destination: some times it's delivered to private locker, sometimes shared locker, sometimes leasing office. And they even transfer packages sometimes, you are told you should pick up at the locker but then you find it's at leasing office.

This is not a common issue, my neighbors complain about their package stolen a lot as well and we are so frustrated, please don't waste your time and energy by coming to live here.

I have the worst experience here getting packages. Have lost my packages here and often times when my packages are delivered they don't send you any notification until you call the leasing office. It's also ridiculous that even when I called the leasing, they said they couldn't find it but it was actually there in the office and they just didn't really spend time helping you find the packages. This bad experience keeps happening and I get concerned about buy things online now. IT IS really affecting your daily life.

Worst experience with a female leasing manager (idk the name), felt uncomfortable talking to her, and cannot solve your problems. They cannot provide simple daily service, like the daily carrier pickup. The payment portal failed to receive my rent, and after a whole week, no one responded efficiently to my issue!

I would mention a few extremely negative experiences among the many during the past half a year I stayed at Encasa:
Package theft. You get weekly package room break-ins. My packages have been stolen on a constant basis, from low value to high value. We know it s stolen because the carriers have clearly indicated delivery to package room with a picture, but it ll be missing from the mailroom after a few hours. And each time the thief pretty much just takes all the smaller packages, which to begin with should be delivered to the locker instead of being left in the mail room, but the leasing office had way under numbered lockers installed compared to the size of residents in the building, so the lockers are always full and the carriers could only leave the small packages in the unsupervised mail room to be stolen. Leasing s attitude on this: first of all they were never sincere enough to admit it was a a mail room break in, maybe to avoid some lawsuit or something, but by doing that they also closed out the chance for the residents to follow up on whether it was reported to the police and update on any investigations. Secondly, if you report your lost package issue and exactly on which day during what hours it was stolen, they ll say they ll look at the surveillance camera only to never get back to you. We (the residents here) do have a chat group and one of the resident has encountered the thief stealing in action and reported the exact minute it happened, still no response from the leasing office. So the residents here really have done everything we could to try to make it a better community but if the leasing is not taking a part in it, then there s nothing we could do. Sad. We get that type of management in one of the most luxurious apartments in the South Bay. So don t order anything online if you happen to live here.

Car break ins: Many resident s car also got broken in while parking in the garage. But my car is ok so far so I can t speak to the details on how leasing office handled this.

Move in process: messed up. They gave me a fob which couldn t access my building, or my apartment. Robert was very helpful and solved the problem for entering my apartment, but I still couldn t enter my apartment for the rest of the week.

Overall I would not recommend living here, unless there s a more competitive management team.

I have lived here for awhile now and I love it. Friendly leasing agent staff, and skilled maintenance team. Encasa is always going above and beyond with offering perks they do not have to. Apartments are very modern, quiet hallways, and have private garages. I love it here

Have signed a 1 year contract with encasa and live in there for 9 months.
Several problems:
1. Package theft. The mailroom got broken in on weekly basis. Carriers sometimes don t remember to put in the package code so you never can receive a code and get your package.
2. Car broken in. Several cars got broken in and I recall seeing the entrance door to encasa 2 parking garage usually opened. (It doesn t auto close so some one can leave it open after leaving/entering)
3. Management team being not helpful. They are friendly but not useful. Never helpful when dealing with neighbor noises.
The maintenance team is probably the only one helpful here.
Overall, it s not safe here. Please consider before you move in.
The room itself is pretty nice, so if you have no car and no packages, it s still a good option.
