Economical, personlizeable system with good support, and a gracious staff. Hard to beat.
Enable Healthcare/EHI delivered for our practice at the start of the pandemic. Our medical director had already had everything set up with Jeremy to incorporate Telemedicine prior to Covid and the Pandemic so when everything shut down we transitioned with EHI to Telemedicine quite seamlessly. One year later our password stopped working customer service blocked our email (never knew that could be done) they never responded to calls or emails to reset. It looks like if you don t choose to use their EMR you put your practice at risk of them dropping you. What a shame to inconvenience an entire practice by disrupting the entire Telehealth portion of care because we chose to keep the EMR we have been using since the inception of our practice.!!! Professionalism at its worst.
This is an EMR company that will really listen to you. The support from EHI is amazing!
This is a kind of personalized EMR. The team is close to you and your office, Work hard to make you happy. System flow is much better now. Great support for CCM and For Tele medicine.
Is this place some kind of fraud? Returned call brings me to a non English speaker who had no idea who called me or why...I call them a fraud to the person I spoke to.
Great opportunities for career building, EMR continues to get better with more features and services (automated billing, CCM, AWV, etc.)
The program is a hot mess. It could not be less user friendly. It crashes all the time! The program has made a negative impact on the office and productivity as a whole. I offered a list of changes that would make the system better but nothing's been done and it's been close to a year since. Changes that are made to the system are useless and often make it worse. There seems to be no care or consideration put into these decisions. Working in healthcare isn't always easy Ehi adds daily frustrations to the workload. Don't get this system! Hardworking healthcare employees deserve better than this nonsense.

This emr system is horrible. It is always crashing, always a technical issue with e-prescriber. They are always behind on updates. Communication with technical support is absolutely useless, they never fix the issue nor do they get back to you. The program is not user friendly, very complicated, has no flow to it. I do not recommend it to anyone.
Recent customer, and I must say my practice is impressed. Switched over from eclinical because of the personal touch, better prices, and 24/7 around the clock assistance. EMR is very user-friendly, and is constantly getting updates for improvement. Can't say I would be happier with any other company
I have been with EHI for two years. Being a relatively new company, there were some hiccups initially, but what really impressed me was EHI's responsiveness to problems as they occurred. The issue at hand was tackled with speed and with surety and resolution was swift. You can be assured of the knowledge and talent of the EHI personnel who respond to each and every question you may have.
