Enable Healthcare/EHI delivered for our practice at the start of the pandemic. Our medical director had already had everything set up with Jeremy to incorporate Telemedicine prior to Covid and the Pandemic so when everything shut down we transitioned with EHI to Telemedicine quite seamlessly. One year later our password stopped working customer service blocked our email (never knew that could be done) they never responded to calls or emails to reset. It looks like if you don t choose to use their EMR you put your practice at risk of them dropping you. What a shame to inconvenience an entire practice by disrupting the entire Telehealth portion of care because we chose to keep the EMR we have been using since the inception of our practice.!!! Professionalism at its worst.
