Caring and very thorough , seen them for years never had a problem.

Refused medical service because I didn't have a Medicare card with me even though they had number in record. I went to another practice and was seen straight away no dramas. If I failed an online Medicare check as you suggest below then what is my name? Otherwise that is a straight out lie. (Edit) your reply is a lie, when I left your incompetent business I walked to the medical centre at Lenox village, less than a few hundred meters away and it was no problem for them. Not only do you provide a garbage service but then you lie in an attempt to salvage a bad review....pathetic!

I ve honestly never encountered such extreme, persistent incompetence. Every single appointment has been incorrectly booked, or the doctor has been running so late that appointments are rendered irrelevant.

Recently, my wife booked us in for flu shots. After waiting about an hour longer than expected, we were informed they only had one in stock. Earlier in my wife s pregnancy, we were given outmoded information that was met with shock and confusion by our antenatal specialists.

Avoid this practice like the plague, unless you re looking for some old fashioned 14th century medicine.

The Doctors are very professional, approachable and friendly really helpful receptionists too .
