Fast Paced. New Methodologies are truly making a difference. Changes are for the good, but change can be tough for some people.

EMS did a terrible job of communicating with us, implementing, and finalizing. Our project, which was delayed several months over(multiple project personnel changes, constantly having to re explain the basics of our business and requests), was never fully finalized, leaving us having paid tens of thousands of dollars over what was delivered. What was delivered was the bare minimum that had to be reworked as it was. We had multiple things promised in the initial bid that we ended up having to pay more for as "change requests", most of which we did not receive as it was. I DO NOT suggest EMS for any of your Salesforce implementation needs.
