I had a mixed experience with Emrc. While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I encountered some issues with their customer service. The response time was slow and the support provided was not as helpful as I hoped. However, their products are of good quality.

I recently tried out the services of a company whose website is emrc.be. I must say that I had a positive experience overall. The website is user-friendly and their products are great. However, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, but the customer service team was quick to resolve them. I would recommend giving them a try!

About Emrc

Strengthening Africa’s Private Sector is key to sustainable growth across the continent.

EMRC: Strengthening Africa’s Private Sector for Sustainable Growth

EMRC is a leading organization that has been working towards strengthening Africa’s private sector for over 30 years. The company was founded in 1992 with the aim of promoting sustainable economic development across the African continent by supporting and empowering entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and other key players in the private sector.

The company has a strong focus on agriculture, agribusiness, renewable energy, and access to finance. EMRC believes that these sectors have enormous potential to drive economic growth and create jobs in Africa. By providing support to entrepreneurs and SMEs operating in these sectors, EMRC aims to unlock this potential and contribute to sustainable development across the continent.

One of EMRC's flagship programs is the Agribusiness Forum. This annual event brings together key stakeholders from across the agribusiness value chain – including farmers, processors, traders, investors, policymakers, researchers – to discuss challenges facing the sector and explore opportunities for growth. The forum provides a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, capacity-building and deal-making.

Another important program run by EMRC is its Access to Finance initiative. This program aims to address one of the biggest challenges faced by entrepreneurs in Africa – lack of access to finance. Through partnerships with financial institutions such as banks and microfinance institutions (MFIs), EMRC provides training on financial management skills as well as access to credit facilities at affordable rates.

EMRC also runs several other programs aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among young people; supporting women-led businesses; facilitating technology transfer; promoting renewable energy solutions; among others.

Over its 30-year history, EMRC has built up an impressive track record of success stories. For example:

- In Kenya's Rift Valley region where maize farming is a major source of income for many smallholder farmers but yields are often low due to poor soil fertility management practices - EMRC partnered with local organizations such as SoilCares Foundation Netherlands BV (SCFN) & SoilCares Kenya Ltd (SCKL)to provide soil testing services using advanced technology which helped farmers improve their yields.

- In Zambia where there was limited access by SMEs especially those owned by women or youth groups -to finance due lack collateral security or inadequate business plans -EMCR partnered with Zambian Women Entrepreneurs Association(ZWEA)and provided training on business plan writing skills which enabled them secure loans from various financial institutions.

- In Uganda where there was limited use of solar power despite abundant sunshine throughout most parts of year -EMCR partnered with SolarNow,a Dutch-based social enterprise that sells high-quality solar home systems on credit terms through its branch network across Uganda. This partnership enabled more Ugandans gain access clean energy solutions while creating employment opportunities within communities served by SolarNow branches
