Emprise Services Review

Awful. Worked for them for 3 months and they had me down for working there for 7 years when I rang up to question my pay... the office staff then shouted at me and then refused to answer an questions and just put the phone down. Very bad company.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend if you are just looking for a small contract of 40-50 hours per week, I think they are only interested in the bigger contracts.

Shame :(

The worst company ever! DO NOT USE THEM! Their staff are useless, unhelpful and they're terrible at cleaning!

Used to work for Emprise for 3 years. Terrible place to be working at. Management is rubbish, never there when you have problems or needs, really hard to book holidays as there are always problems with covers, making you feel guilty for taking the time off. National living wage hourly rate, 50p extra/hour for night shifts. 50p/ hour extra for nights!!!
You cannot expect "outstanding" service if you don't pay your employees appropriate wage for their work. So glad I finally left that place.

I worked for emprise for all of two months but my colleagues all worked for much longer - some up to 12 years, and they never visited the site we worked at and rarely got stock updated.
We have a new contract now with someone who appears to be a lot better, and can actually keep the promises they make. We now have more staff, but since Christmas with emprise we had been 4 staff members down and were covering for every other section. We struggled to get holidays and they only care about the larger contracts. Huge waste of time.

I worked for them for 6 months very unprofessional rubbish rates of pay they don't like giving you holidays and because they didn't want too pay maternity too a member of staff who became pregnant they gave her the sack they have poor communication skills and the man who runs the company a guy called Collin is very unproffesional and does not treat his staff well

Unprofessional, bad attitudes- lazy, condescending, discriminatory - fired me because they told me I was too young, I was 25 at the time and couldn't do it in a professional way, they passed it down through the ranks. They also refused to pay me directly

Complete time wasters - I first asked them to quote based upon 3 to 4 hours a day. The guy I spoke to said this would be no problem and they had plenty of cleaners in our area. He then made an appointment which he cancelled an hour before he was due. Rescheduling he then arrived and asked why don't you take the cleaning in-house ... A strange question from a cleaning company! He spent about 2-3 minutes looking round our 10000sq ft Unit and left! Unnerved by his line of questioning, i emailed him about his clear disinterest and he responded reassuringly. However 4 days later when I was expecting a quote he wrote another email saying he couldn't cover our requirements

Worked there for 6 months then left very bad company to work for rude management very disorganised kept giving me odd cover leave work and 16/ 24 hours to work and the sites are rubbish and pay is not good.
