Complete time wasters - I first asked them to quote based upon 3 to 4 hours a day. The guy I spoke to said this would be no problem and they had plenty of cleaners in our area. He then made an appointment which he cancelled an hour before he was due. Rescheduling he then arrived and asked why don't you take the cleaning in-house ... A strange question from a cleaning company! He spent about 2-3 minutes looking round our 10000sq ft Unit and left! Unnerved by his line of questioning, i emailed him about his clear disinterest and he responded reassuringly. However 4 days later when I was expecting a quote he wrote another email saying he couldn't cover our requirements
