This team is incredible. Even though their payroll software was down, which was outside of their control, their team drove all over the state to hand deliver paper checks to ensure that all their clients' employees got paid. They jumped into action to solve a problem they couldn't control because they understand the importance of their impact on families. Very impressed.

I would highly recommend EmPower HR. Their representatives are very attentive and knowledgable. They will go above and beyond for your business and always help you with your needs.
We have been with them for less than a year, nothing but problems. Specifically, they have been down for a week. This caused issues with payroll. They said the sent out the payroll but team members haven t been paid. This is an ongoing issue. DO NOT USE!
They have now incorrectly deducted over $300 from two separate pay checks of mine and other employees in the past month. I don t work for them, they do payroll for the company I work for. They do refund the money in a timely fashion but it would be better not to have to deal with this headache in the first place.
Great company to partner with. Keeping HR and payroll local makes it easy to connect and resolve issues.
