I've only had good experiences with this company. Every time I've called and needed help, there might have been a little bit of a wait or whatever but that's pretty standard with customer service numbers. Nothing crazy like some of these other people are claiming. I've always felt I was being treated fairly and professionally.

Terrible customer service. Use a different pharmacy if you need prompt service. I ordered a refill of my time sensitive fertility medication that I needed 3 days later. Paid for 2 day shipping. The next day I got a UPS shipping confirmation that the medication will be arriving in 5 days. Called customer service. They said they don't ship over the weekend and that there's a disclaimer that it could take 2 days to process the refill. Um, what? Maybe consider using a shipper that will deliver over the weekend for time sensitive drugs?? Or ask when the medication is needed by?? I will definitely not be using Empower Pharmacy again. I didn't even get an apology that they are causing me to miss my start date for this drug and possibly ruining my entire IVF cycle.

This place is so unorganized, I have my doctor's personal phone number and he tells me that empower says I'm good to go. I call up there (for the 5th time) they say they still don't have the hardcopy for my prescription. By the way when there was an issue in the beginning, my account was charged but no one ever called to let me know there was a problem. I call on the date it was supposed to be delivered to figure out why I don't have an email to track it and THAT'S when they tell me about the problem. This place is in SERIOUS need of a system change.

My Endocrinologist recently started using them for compounded vaginal cream. Well my experience has been less than professional let alone scary ! I received the clam shell dispenser?
The accessories do not 1) make sense 2) makes me take too many steps to make dispensing mistakes 3) instructions incorrect ( says 1 click that s a dollop not enough medication to dispense in the vagina
4) no instructions
I called them directly was confused then referred to a Pharmacist they called back told they would overnight 1) instructions 2) correct dispensing information 3) dispenser that is missing
Monday still no promised supplies, called customer service waited 15 minutes, then was transferred waited another 10 minutes Stephanie answered she was waiting for me to explain well I asked her why she was on the phone? Well of course she knew, then she said oh you need us to send you a application? What? The promised on Friday it was not done? Of course!
I hung up, called my Drs own dispensary they called them ( this was all on Monday, it is now Wednesday ) was told they will be sending it out overnight NOT! Arrived this morning not 1 but 2 boxes with the pictured below. Still no instructions and 2 types of dispensers s this will 1) waste medication ( it s not paid by my insurance ) 2) still not clear exactly how much and how it will be properly dispensed
I m not sure what to do? But I know they are under some Government Agency they are very unprofessional

One the best compound pharmacies in town! I have not encountered any issues. Blanca always goes above and beyond to get my medications on time and has always offered great customer service. Their prices are also very fair. Look no further and try them out!

I've been a customer of Empower for nearly a year....

I've been a customer of Empower for nearly a year. Very surprised someone hasn't filed a class action lawsuit against them, but I digress....

Here is a preview of what you can potentially expect:
1. 60% chance customer receives exact ordered items.
2. 50% chance of having an online order refill processed at all.
3. 90% chance order will be shipped late if called in by phone.
4. 100% chance order will be shipped late by 4-9 days if refilled online (that's added to their arrival time).

Don't forget you have to get through the processing phase, before you go through the shipping processing phase, before the order is ever noticed by anyone at the company. And not to make things worse, but if you do some how get through both of those unscathed, and package is sent out at a normal 9-12 days late rate, it could be a wrong order. Everything has to start over beginning with you sending the package back for processing. The process can take approximately 1 month, and prescriptions are only good for 1 month. If you would like to go up and down on hormone medication this is definitely the pharmacy for you.

Answer: There are quite a few companies that sell a better product at a better price with better service. I listed one, but there are many.

Example: Revive pharmacy can process and ship an order same day and have it at your doorstep in 2-3 days. Empower Pharmacy order to doorstep time table can range up to 1 month.

I have a new endocrinologist who prescribes compounds from this pharmacy.
My order arrived safely and a day early.
The price of my EV was less than a previous pharmacy. A plus.
I enjoyed the service Empower offered of having a nurse call after placing the order. This was initiated to provide awareness of possible side effects.
The "cherry on this vegan, sugar free sundae" were the included syringes and injection needles that came with my order. Free of charge.
I felt that was an added benefit to an experience that was seamless and professional. Start to finish.
I really feel good when service is this positive. They read the notes on my profile and addressed me by my preferred name. A PCP doctor's staff that I have visited recently was not capable to be that thorough respectful.
