Love this mall. There is a huge variety. Top floor you can get food. They just added a gaming room. Gets really packed during the holidays

I can usually find what I'm looking for at Town Center. Parking and traffic is better than Washington Square.

Slightly frustrated with this place maybe a little too big for somebody who has to push herself around in a chair. And maps are hard to read for someone with bad eyesight and sitting in a chair lol

I did get a great deal on some sandals was nice and cool went to jc penny's great sales there!!! Food court was wonderful. Very hot the day i went nice customer service.

I always love coming to the Town Center. One of my favorite places to go, simply put because of the massive selection of stores.
See's Candies is probably one of my favorite stores, beside Victoria's Secret.

"It's okay" is how I've come to describe our mall. There really isn't a ton of draw outside of a few trendy shops for youth clothing. The Sears tool selection is terrible.
The restrooms are always dirty.
The play land is always busy, but I've never seen anyone there to sanitize it.

Huge mall. Clean and pleasant. Too bad they got rid of the ice skate ring.

Good for shopping. And there is also a food court nearby to if people get hungry

I always come here from Seattle looking deals and no tax, but I always leave empty handed for some reason.

I was so impressed with the mall lots of stores to choose from was looking for jewelry found what I need it love security they're adorable with their hats stores for large size women they have them you can find things for young women that are full figured all the way to the older full figured woman they're close to other stores the only thing I didn't like is there wasn't enough handicap parking but other than that what you did in the mall you will enjoy it the food court has rides for kids Miracle rounds and the ferris wheel they have little animals stuffed animals that the kids can ride throughout the mall adults can ride them to to a certain size great place to go enjoy

This mall had been MY mall since I was a teenager. Still the best in Oregon!

Way better than Loyd Center. Clean and safe. No gangbangers and drug dealing.

Very clean... parking lot driving is wild, please watch closely people reversing without looking driving way faster then should be.... use caution

This is one of my favorite malls! Primary tenants in less Macy's and Barnes and Nobles, as well as smaller retailers like GameStop and Victoria's Secret. Also contains a pretty spacious food court which includes a small merry go round and ferris wheel ride. Cinema located next to the food court. Offers Blink EV charging stations.

Movie hall, Shopping and Many restaurants to spend time. Plus right next to Max

I love this place there's lots of shops to explore here. There is a food court with lots of different varieties to choose from. In the food court area there is a Carousel and Ferris wheel that kids can use for $3.00 per kid. They have a 2 pound area's downstairs fish in them that people love To sit down and watch.

Went to see (God bless the broken bridge). This was a great movie.

Don't care for the mall. Really pushy and high pressured sales people at Sephora and a lot of the stores. Most of the kiosk people are really annoying and rude. Won't be shopping there anymore.

Lots of options for shopping, good air conditioning, and public bathrooms.

Good Transit Center and Mall. Need to power wash the main bus stop at the Max Station. Mall needs better signs to get from one side to the other while walking through Macy's

They do a good job of trying to keep up with the fancier malls in the area.

Probably the best mall in the Portland metro area. A variety of shops with typical mall atmosphere.

I only visites the theater. The snacks we're good and the refillable popcorn and soda is a good deal. No issue with the screen or sound.

It's clean lively and full of stores with goodies in em the place is pretty amazing it's got free WiFi food spots and funny attractions honestly wish more malls were like it

For the most part if you're looking for it you'll find it here unless you're looking for a ladies Foot Locker I don't know if they stop doing it all together but they don't have one here anymore. They have a play area for toddlers and babies they have a vast option if you are hungry or just want to snack as far as malls go it's not a bad one

My daughter was having surgery at Kaiser in Clackamas visited near by Clackamas Mall's food court enjoyed Panda Express

Great place to gather with anyone, to watch a movie or just shop.

It's hard to rate a mall, with all the everything there is at it, but Clackamas Town Center is pretty good if you know how to navigate the experience.

They have a good variety of anchor and smaller stores, it is generally clean, and the theater is a nice addition, which allows it to attract a sufficient crowd to run small showings of special films, like art biopics and Doctor Who specials.

Eastside Distilling has a small storefront there, and they give out free samples of everything. How can you hate that?

They did a great remodeling and upgrades a few years ago. Very nice, upscale, dining, shopping, and movie experience.

Security staff is a bit rude at closing time when people are finishing drinks waiting for theater which won't allow drinks in.

Typical american mall. Has all your standard stores and food items.

Friendly and safe, this spacious mall offers a number of retailers and even still has a Sears that's real cool. Large cafeteria style facility offering some tasty morsels and a Cinema Theater of course.

It's a nice mall with a good selection of stores and places to eat! It's always clean and well secured.

This place is nice. My friend and I walked around just for something to do, and we are dinner there. We kept thinking we would be asked to leave, because we stayed there so late. But though most of the shops closed, the mall stayed open pretty late. They have lots of interesting stores, and a decent food selection.

Decent mall. Some good clothing options and if your wife drags you here for hours at a time you have the option to go to a movie.

Good selection of stores, but low foot traffic does not bode well for the future of this mall.

It's nice but same thing nothing new and I hear of to many cars getting stole out of the parking lot

The Town Center was great. Watch out for the guys I'm in the middle of the mall walkway because they are after you and your money especially don't wrinkle creams for women.

The parking lot security person didn't know where the ski bus was supposed to pick up passengers she actually told me to go to the opposite end of the parking lot from where they actually pick us up.

This mall once used to be great. Now all the stores are pretty much expensive clothes stores. Extremely boring!

Very well rounded mall. Simple layout, large food court, and a decent variety of stores. Only downside is that the bathrooms are somewhat dirty.

Most stores had a short line to get in, but it didn't take long. I've always gone to this mall, when I was little my mom would take me to Cinnabon while we waited for the bus after school.
