EDHC is a startup company based in Dallas, Texas. Great product ran by SMU college graduates with no prior experience in their position. The highest ranked diverse person on the non technical side of the company holds a supervisor position. I bring this to perspective since it s a company based in Texas, the CEO refuses to acknowledge a bilingual team is needed. Instead, he canceled the translation line (paid $3 a minute) and makes the few people on the team who speak Spanish take the call for $0 extra. Personally, I was lied to from the start - the interview. I was verbally told my position was going to be salary. When I received my offer letter (this is what matters at the end of the day, what s in writing), I noticed it was an hourly rate job with lower pay. I took the job anyway and worked there for 8 months. I couldn t get out sooner. The CEO does NOT care about the heart of the operation aka the Care Advocates (CA s) or the most important people, the members! He truly only cares about pulling in money no matter what lies he has to tell his employees, costumers and members. There is a reason why the turn around rate on employees is so high. I don t work there anymore (since 2019) but, I know people who do. Let me tell you the same problems continue as I m typing this. My advice don t work there. If I could give 0 stars I would.
