My little one had the sliders, I had the Empire burger and my wife had the Shrimp salad and we loved it! My burger was perfect, SO good! Tracy our server was a sweetheart and made sure to keep the little ones water full. I d recommend Empire highly!
It's been a really long time since I've needed A1 for my steak. Everyone in our group was disappointed with not only the food and the time it took to arrive but the drinks were way to weak, took too long to get them, they weren't washing dishes so we had to use plastic silverware, the beer menu is extremely limited. This place has potential with it being in a great location and their menu looks fantastic. I cant wait for this place to work out these issues.
The first time my wife and I went they where still new and working the kinks out that was to be expected. So we decided to give it another try, let's just say we probably won't be back! Our food wasn't hot, we sat and watched 2 couples leave while we waited on our food. There was trash all around, empty beer bottles and empty cups all around. The manager should have stepped up and taken care of the trash to free up the wait staff. We'd really like to see this business do great but I just don't see them lasting.
Waited over and hour for our food, my coffee was cold. Then when the food finally arrived I found a hair in my sausage. The manager was nice and offered to remake my food, my boyfriend took a bite out of his fried chicken just to realize it was raw, cold, and rock hard. Ended up leaving after we realized the chicken was raw. I was super disappointed I was very excited to try something new. :( Our waitress and the staff were super nice though.
In town for work, found this place next to our hotel. Great staff, awesome, cheap, food and drinks. Plus pool tables. Worth checking out.
Not that great. But if they get some experienced servers and it night be better. Our server tried but was overwhelmed, we got over charged but husband didn't want to deal with it anymore and just paid the bill.
I like the spacious atmosphere. It was a bit loud and echoed a lot between the pool tables, the TV, and of course chitter chatter. Maybe a wall partition to help absorb that echo? Our waitress was very nice. The drink from the bar were good. I recommend the Melon Ball!! I ordered the chicken friend chicken. It was massive. Lol. I took half home. My sides were the cowboy corn which was delicious and I ordered the bacon wrapped asparagus. The asparagus was good but the bacon needed to be cooked a little more. A bit too soft for me but I prefer crispy bacon. They had run out of several items and someone of us had to reorder. So, not all of our food came out at the same time. Several of us waited and others ate then waited for the others to eat. Bathrooms were ok, needed a cleaning. Other waitstaff came around and asked if we needed anything. Our waitress went missing for about 25 minutes and finally brought us our ticket. She was really nice though. I know Empire hasn't been opened very long and is still working out the kinks, so I understand. I would go back to see if there have been improvements. I've also heard they serve brunch and would be interested in trying them out then too.
Wait staff are friendly enough, prices are not bad, but you would think that after waiting over an hour and a half for a burger and fries and 3 chicken fried steaks it would come out scolding hot. But no, it was luke warm at best.
Arrived at 11:02 for brunch. Ordered in less than 10 minutes. Food arrived at 11:51.
While the waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the food was subpar. The atmosphere seems so fun, but I am not sure that I will come back. Recommendation....if you come during brunch, do not get the chicken and waffles. You will be disappointed. I really hope that they step up their game.
Well, kinda disappointed. Was hoping for a new fresh place to try. We came in for lunch and were the first customers to order at 11:15 and weren't served until after 12. My burger was good but if I had known it was on sourdough I wouldn't have ordered it the bun was soaked with grease and fell apart quickly. My wife was served a very small portion of Herbed chicken(3-4oz) with a small portion of steamed veggies for $11, but it was cooked well. My children ordered pizza and sliders. It reminded me of a lunchables pizza, just larger. Sliders were fine. Overall it seems like a great atmosphere and the staff was friendly. The kitchen has to get it figured out though. The quality of the food was not reflective of the menu prices. Hopefully the owners can make the changes needed.
An Eggs Benedict Empire Style (add crab on top) for $15, with a piece of Canadian bacon the size and thickness of a half-dollar, with hollandaise sauce that tasted like a fresh-squeezed lemonade was highly disappointing.
Then, the Southern Skillet was cooked so long you couldn't tell between chorizo and vegetable. At least it was only $10?!
Staff was great, but the food wasn't and the price makes it so I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone to go in the first place!

I only ordered the Empire burger, but it was delicious. I remember this location having several other businesses ran out of it before, and I have to say that the face-lift the Empire team gave the building is by far the best look I've seen it have. Then when speaking with the owner I learned that they have live entertainment a few nights of the week. I think I just found my new family friendly place to eat, unwind, relax and shoot a game of pool. I definitely recommend this place for all ages.
Ahi tuna tacos were mediocre at best, no flavor. Don't serve unless your product is fresh, sorry! Out of bison burgers but the waghu burger was decent.
Don t have a clean restaurant, place just does enough to get by. And the management mistreats the employees. My food was barely warm, the back doesn t look clean . I wouldn t eat here even if someone offered me too.
Nice place, awesome burgers and fair price. Perfectly family friendly yet intimate enough for a date. Well thought out place.
Food has been outstanding! We had lunch one day and brunch today. Wait times are a little long, but they're working on it. Very happy to have a new place in town!
