Used Emperor Party Bus for my wedding party on 4/23/21. The bus was on time (even a few minutes early which was perfect), very professional, and flexible with our route and day of schedule. Booking the bus was quick and easy. We were able to tour the variety of buses before deciding. The bus itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our wedding party of 20 (we chose the 29 passenger). I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially after reading some horror stories on other services where they didn t show up day of event. Emperor Limousine was perfect and we will be using them again for any party bus needs in the future.

We did not have any problems with this party bus service. we ve had bad experiences before but this one by far was the best one. The drivers were on time the bus was clean, very comfortable ,spacious looked exactly what we thought it was going to look like on the inside and out. Very great job I m impressed There s nothing I would ve change about the decision with going with them for this important event. Thank you again and I will be reaching out again we do this every year around this same time .

Our son requested a stretch Hummer for prom. Emperor was the closest company to our town that provided one.
Prom package is only 4 hours, driver is prepared to leave if you didn't request an extension 24 hours in advance & pay for it upfront (not a requirement on the contract).

Used this service for my wedding. The driver was so professional and kind. Very flexible and accommodating. Prices were the most reasonable compared to other companies. Would recommend 10/10.

Booked a party bus for my boyfriend's birthday & it was the best decision! They were so much fun, explained everything when we got on, and even stopped to take a picture of all of us with the view of the city. Will be booking with them in the future & recommend them to everyone!!

I booked Emperor Party Bus for me and my wife's 5 year Anniversary April 22 I literally last minuted my reservation but luckily our day was available. From Nancy to the driver and security they were extremely accommodating and professional. Bus was prompt the driver and security were very respecting and showed courtesy to all of my guest. We had a BALL... my guest and wife were very pleased and a few of my friends want to book them for their upcoming events. I give them 5 star rating definitely I wanted to do something different and fun and when I tell you it was better then our reception night... They are still talking about how much fun they had... definitely will book again... #BestAnniversay

Emperor Limousine has one of the most elegant fleets in the Chicago land area. The advertisements are true and they actually do have the exotic limos and busses that they list online.
The manager is a great guy and he cares about his customers so book with Emperor with your eyes closed.

Had a great time via the Tiffany party bus. It was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The driver was nice and didn t mind making last minute stops. Overall I really enjoyed my birthday party on this bus.

We booked Emperor for our wedding party transportation and wish we used a different company. Reliability is questionable given that we had to confirm our trip information with dispatch not once, not twice, but on three separate occasions. Our driver arrived 45 minute late for pickup. We wished that Emperor was honest when we contacted them regarding the missing driver. I mean we get it, Chicago traffic is brutal but they didn t have to lie and tell us our driver is outside our meeting spot when he was not. After finishing our wedding photos at the Art Institute the driver refused to take us to our wedding venue unless we paid him on the spot. You can Uber to your wedding if you re considering this company then I highly advise you think again. They lack of professionalism, reliability and respect.
