We booked Emperor for our wedding party transportation and wish we used a different company. Reliability is questionable given that we had to confirm our trip information with dispatch not once, not twice, but on three separate occasions. Our driver arrived 45 minute late for pickup. We wished that Emperor was honest when we contacted them regarding the missing driver. I mean we get it, Chicago traffic is brutal but they didn t have to lie and tell us our driver is outside our meeting spot when he was not. After finishing our wedding photos at the Art Institute the driver refused to take us to our wedding venue unless we paid him on the spot. You can Uber to your wedding if you re considering this company then I highly advise you think again. They lack of professionalism, reliability and respect.
