Totally unresponsive. They have a great concept but if there is an issue, it never gets fixed. Bottom line is they must not care at all about the customer or they would show some small interest in fixing their software issues.
I like emoney for what it does w organizing expenses but it loses connections to your accounts way to often and you constantly have to relink software to your accounts. Why is that?
People, management, culture and company are all great.

Same experience as Gayle. Now they lost the link to my checking account. From their response "XXX Bank changed the way their website works. We are no longer going to support it. Goodbye".
Using an online accounts manager like this to do budgeting kind of loses it's luster when you can't access your checking account where most bills get paid from.
Clunky non user friendly software. If you decide you after their "training" which takes about a month to complete, that you don't want to implement into your business, and ask for even a partial refund, they're gonna pocket your full $3,300 and be happy doing so. I would look elsewhere for your financial planning needs. There are plenty of competitors out there like MoneyGuide Pro that have a better product and will be much more ethical in the way they deal with customer satisfaction and billing. Advisors and small business owners beware. In my opinion, this company fraudulently charged me for a service that I didn't even use. I tell every financial advisor I know to stay away from eMoney.
I did work for them building their office in radnor PA. Almost 2 years later they still own me $150,000.00 that they seem to not want to pay.
