This bank's governance is a complete joke. They have no proper systems and processes in place to properly address customers request. For example I have finished paying a loan a month ago and they have not yet updated the system. I visit the branch, they pass me onto call centre. Call centre pass you back to branch. No one really knows what is happening and they play ping pong with customers. Their CALL CENTRE & Switchboard is even worst! It takes 10-15 minutes and many attempts to even get to talk to somebody. They charge you for the calls, they purposely make you wait and delay your call when they know very well they have no answer to your enquiry and they are simply not well-trained to do a job.
Worst bank ever, a total rip off, never ever take loan or open an account there!!
Today s trend is to switch towards online and digital banking. Whereas in my beloved bank Emirates Islamic Bank, you can t even downlaod a proper bank statement which has your details on. If you need this service all what you need to do is simple:
1) Drag ur self here to the branch
2) wait for one hour and
3) just to ensure maximum satisfaction you get charged 150 AED.

If you call customer care they will disconnect automatically and saying to send email to customercareunit@emiratesislamic.ae.
If you send email it is always bouncing.

Worst customer service ever. if i could put no star, i would do that. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS JUST THE WORST EVER. No options to talk to a customer service representative when you have urgent inquiries. Why do you have call center then? Employees don't respond, services are worst.
This bank is one of the worse bank in UAE... you have no where to run to when you have problem, my branch is at Sheikh Zayed Road i have a problem with my account for the past month and nothing has been done till date...
Most of the banks help customers during this pandemic with offers, benefits and discounts. But being a frontliner healthcare staff this bank has put me in utmost stress and helpless situation.. I regret that shouldn't have been a customer with this bank.. the top level always hide behind and front staff always have no answers for many things except bank policy, policy, policy.

They will do pending application while you do credit card and will never remove it so u will not be able to take more credit cards or loans

I went to emirates headquarters branch for the restructuring of my loan , the agent named Sharooq was so rude and unprofessional he made me feel like I was there begging , after waiting for ages he told me my papers were not completed and I have to print new once and fill them when I asked him which papers were missing and why I have to fill them again he told me he will send me another email with the papers -which he obviously didn t do- I just wanted to highlight how unprofessional was this agent .. it was an awful experience!
Worst customer experience ever. Issues with transfer that no one is supporting. Every day customer service says that someone will call you and no one does. No ownership - no responsibility. Bank at your own risk!
The staff lack the experience in dealing with the needs of the auditors and the weakness of the services provided with the lack of transparency when evaluating transactions and does not deserve any star (I do not recommend it at all) No efficiency and no commitment only words ......
I had been trying to release my money since Feb 2019 no use closed all Liabilities and the Bank is still holding my money without any reason I am going to file a complaint at the central bank
It almost a month a complaint or a request from a customer given and still it's pending .Planning to cancel all my relationship with this bank including family members Kunooz account . Every day did follow up with the call center and they inform somebody will call from concern department and no one calls.I don't recommend anyone to bank with EI
DHCC EIB Branch for me is very excellent. I've been to Garhoud and Sahara Centre but i'm not satisfied with their service, most worst is in SAHARA Centre, the customer service is not good when its comes to explanation and service. almost every weekend i went to there to update the status of my account and my money but ending with nothing. But in EIB DHCC Branch is very easy to communicate, clean place, quite and very accommodating staff even the security is very approachable. I'm Satisfied!
Since more than 4Yrs the bank not able to fix their profile system , another customer profile showing in my profile , several complaint done and the reply as usual ( issue resolved ) but nothing resolved because their IT doesn't know how to solve the issue .
Very bad service , many agents on their call center doesn't know how to check the system m and always putting Hold , and bad customer service.

Worst service ever received from bank from Emirates Islamic bank. Still waiting to get complete salary transfer package after 5 Months. No body knows how to process their work product mentioned in website.
HI , I am sure no one in the EIB management is going to look at this review ! But let me tell you all this is the worst bank ever I have come across in my life and I believe the biggest mistake I have done is opening an account with this bank ! I already loss my big amount , please if anybody joining for any account or some other investment please dont do , dont believe there salesman , i lost my big amount and i told explain them how they cheated me but they are not willing to hear so dont start account

EBI must treat some customers with special care.

By God, advice from me, guys, I myself did not see anything but lying and theft
First I completed a year s end and the bank withdrew the full salary .. I asked the bank to return the debt schedule, but he did not take any wages from a year that are counted in arrears and the bank is the one who is late in resetting the schedule. This is considered theft.
They treated them in a big lie at the beginning. They said about insurance for salafiya, in case you lose your time, etc. And when they say no insurance, you are not safe.
By God, I did not see them well. I hope that I close my account with them as soon as possible
And the employees treated you when they spoke to you in a threat way, as if they were giving you Salafism from his father s pocket ... God does not bless them, I pray for them from my heart in the Holy Month
One of the worst banks in the country .. Dealing unprofessional .. They close your account for no reason .. I do not recommend a limit to open an account with them because their money is safe and not tempted by withdrawals and prizes to her money useful.
Weird rules for credit card , unusual delay in getting approval, no human agents to talk to!! Customer can't use credit card if a balance transfer is taken, nowhere is mentioned in their mobile app, the amount to pay to avoid finance charges leaving people in chaos.
It as the worst customer service ever....I went to update my account so as to unfreeze it but weeks later, I was told my account is yet to be updated after doing all the required.....It s so sad and frustrating!
