Emerald Plumbing came out within 2 hours to help clear the main sewage line out to the city line. Service was quick, easy, and painless. Would recommend for this type of service. Frank was the employee that came out to the house and he explained his assumptions and what the work entailed. Sure enough he was correct and everything went smoothly.

We sent them to our rental house in Orlando. (we live in Wisconsin). They fixed a leak but did not finish the job, so there is still a leak in the house. They will not go back to the house without charging another service fee even though it was their fault the job was not completed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

My company works hand in hand with each other and I must say, they are so reliable and always seem to be there when you need them.
We have had pipes leak causing minor flooding twice in one year. I called two other companies who both came out and suggested a repipe of the whole house was needed. When I was ready to schedule the repipe, both companies never got back to me. I found Emerald plumbing online and the owner Liam came out and did the inspection. We were so pleased because not only was the quote significantly lower than the other two estimates, but he was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with the whole process unlike the other two companies who made the job seem like it was very difficult. Had my repipe done today with a new water main and I am very pleased. There was minimal damage to my walls (which will be repaired and covered by them), and the pipe job was neat and clean. So thankful for Liam and Emerald plumbing and will be using them in the future!
Emerald plumbing is great. I have used them multiple times over the years and always had a good experience. This last time was great. Frank came out to my house and walked me through the issue. He showed me how the issue was caused and gave me a few tips on keeping things running smooth. It's nice to be able to trust a plumbing company as I have had problems with others in the past.

They did an excellent job on installing two new toilets. Frank was kind, courteous, and clean. One small thing to note (reason for not giving 5 stars), there was a trip charge of $30 added to my bill that wasn't mentioned to me when I was initially scheduling. I would still use again and recommend to others, but just something to consider.

Spent thousands on service over multiple properties and now time to move on. New Garbage disposal was defective that they installed & wanted to charge me $120 and hour to fix the items they failed to give me. I just bought my first house and it's a mess. I sent out a Help for Repiping on NextDoor and within 1/2 hour had 15 responses naming Emerald. Didn't even call anyone else. I was told by my realtor that it would probably cost $$$ for this, I teared up when I was quoted $2000 less than expected. When Ryan, Adam and Chris showed up to do the work with SMILES, I knew I was in good hands. The work was done in less than 8 hours. Every freaking thing connected to a pipe is brand new! Under the sinks, to the toilet, water heater, just everything. The outside faucets now have a lever instead of a round thing to turn, making it so easy to turn off and on. The main for the house? A lever. Easy peasy. I also had them do the copper pipe from the house to the road, why not? The piping came under what I expected and now EVERYTHING is brand new with a long warranty. I have the drywall man coming today to patch the (neat) holes made. I'm getting toilets delivered and will call to have them installed. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Emerald and highly, highly recommend them for everything water related!

Yes yes yes! I had my house completely replumbed this past week. I previously had polybutylene which is trash. Emerald gave Excellent price, they did the work in 1 day(I have 2 and a half baths) and the company they use for drywall repair also did a very good job! I was so nervous about how my house would look after and honestly it looks better than before! They gave all new water shut off valves for everything so no more rusty handles under the toilets or sinks! I repainted with touch up paint and you can't even tell that there had previously been a hole. I'm so super anal and they went above and beyond expectation. I've always had great help from Emerald. I discovered them when I was new to Orlando via their sticker on the garbage disposal under my sink. After the first call was a positive experience, I've used them every time I've needed a plumber. They get someone out as quickly as possible, are accurate in the arrival time estimates and they tackle the job and get it done. They really seem to have the staff and equipment to fix what needs fixing. Most recently I had Frank at my house, and he pinpointed the problem and rolled up his sleeves to provide the solution and not just a quick patch.

We had our home re-piped on November 27, 2018 and we are very pleased. I was even more expressed yesterday, 1/02/2019, when I called regarding a banging noise when a toilet shut off. Chad and his team came over and rapidly repaired that problem.
It took one day to re-pipe our home. The next day the drywall team came in to fix the openings. All we had to do is paint those repairs and we were prepared to do so with the matching paint.
I can not praise Emerald Plumbing enough for their professionalism and great work. It is comforting to know that their follow up service is so prompt. My wife and I highly recommend this fantastic company for their plumbing services. We are confident that you will be as pleased as we are.

My moms house needed the dreaded replumb that most Florida homes on a slab will need around the age of 50. They arrived around 9am completed the job around 430p. During the entire project they checked in with me and explained every step of the project. Minimal cuts into walls was performed. Clean up was great with little remnants of their presence. I live alone and my house began to back up so I immediately panicked. Called a few companies and Myrna at Emerald Plumbing was the only person I spoke with that actually took a minute to calm me down and assure me that they could help. Their technician Armando came out to our house and we were seriously impressed. He was on top of everything. He figured out pretty quickly what the problem was (an extreme backup between the kitchen and bathroom, which he said happens ever so often from years of buildup in older houses) and had it taken care of in just over an hour. He was extremely professional. The best part about it was his work ethic, getting right to the point and getting it done. We've had other technicians from other companies and even other occupations besides plumbing take their sweet time to make the most off of my grandmother possible, thinking that they could just take advantage of a nice old widow (the worst one was the air conditioning guy we had out; almost half a year and tearing up about a quarter of the house just to tell us we had a problem with black mold and that we needed to replace the filter!), but not Emerald Plumbing. We will definitely be using this company again for any plumbing issues.

I have a rental property in Orlando. Armando came out to the property to replace a shower valve. He explained everything in great detail and was very helpful to resolve the issue, especially being that I'm across the country. Two thumbs up to Emerald plumbing and their fantastic team.
Late Saturday night, we got a clog in our sewer line and water was backing up into the tubs. Emerald Plumbing's after-hours service quickly connected us to David who was at our door within 30 minutes. He assessed the situation and found and cleared the clog in almost no time at all. He also replaced some toilet flappers and pieces that weren't working since he still had time left in the hour we were paying for. The price was reasonable for emergency weekend service, and David was awesome, both knowledgeable and fast and neat. We will absolutely contact Emerald Plumbing the next time we need a plumber (which hopefully will be a while).
Frank came out from Emerald plumbing to help replace the wax ring. He was friendly and fast. He gave advice on some improvements we should make in the future without being an aggressive salesman. I believe the suggestions were genuine and we're in no way an upsale, and I am really sensitive to aggressive sales tactics. The price was great. I saw the great online reviews and chose to call them to address an issue at a rental property. SInce I would not be present, I asked that they call me with their findings so that we could make a decision on the course of action. They never called and proceeded to take unilateral action and bill my card. 35 days later the tenant reports the same problem. It appears the plumber performed a short term fix which I would not have authorized had they called. When I informed them that the same problem had recurred, I was told that their labor warranty covered 30 days (not 35!). It was a waste of time and money for me. The owner claims in the response to have tried several times to call. I do not have a single call from Emerald Plumbing in my history. If you are legitimate in your desire to correct this, text me at the number you have or email me at the address to which you sent the Invoice. Otherwise, this is simply an unverifiable claim designed to deflect taking responsibility.

When we refinanced our home several years ago, they said that we needed to re-pipe the house. We brought in Liam from Emerald Plumbing and his crew. They did a fantastic job. It was fast and clean. The inspector passed the job with flying colors. Shortly thereafter, we had Emerald Plumbing install a new solar water heater. When the panel malfunctioned during a hard freeze that winter, Emerald Plumbing was there that day and replaced the unit at no cost. The next year the same thing happened. This time Liam had the unit replaced the next day with a heavier duty panel. Again, at no cost. It's been working great for the past three years and the hot water doesn't run out as it occasionally did in the past. Reduced the electric bill as well.

They told me that someone would be here between 1-5 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 12:45 I got a call, by 1:15 the specialist was here and by 1:30 he had diagnosed the secondary problem and was replacing the hot water heater. We could not be happier with the service and Emerald is very price competitive. VERY HAPPY!

I had Emerald Plumbing re-pipe entire house with PEX, they were amazing. In and Out in a couple of hours including a 50 Gal. water heater. The next day their patch/repair group come in and you could not tell that any work was done to walls and ceilings.

Frank did a great job during the service call. During the call I had two clogged toilets and as soon as he arrived he was able to identify the issue. He went on the roof and completed a roof snake cleaning and within seconds I was back in business. Thank you Emerald plumbing! Same day great affordable service!
We've worked with Emerald Plumbing on a few occasions. From the first call out for a toilet to a bigger job running water to a new build, they've been professional, timely and helpful. In the most recent call out- Frank was very professional and helpful. He not only helped me fix my kitchen sink but equipped me with the tools and knowledge to do it myself in the future. Insurance company decided to no longer cover my house because my home had poly piping. Did the norm of getting a few estimates and picked Hugo with Emerald Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and made my disc the easy. He was confident but not arrogant and that can say a lot in my book. Now the price wasn t on the lower side but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. Hugo was not on site the day of our repipe but the crew leader Aj was great along with this other team members. They cleaned up after themselves as well as Kenny s crew to repair our drywall. They truly do specialize in Repipes!
