Frank came out from Emerald plumbing to help replace the wax ring. He was friendly and fast. He gave advice on some improvements we should make in the future without being an aggressive salesman. I believe the suggestions were genuine and we're in no way an upsale, and I am really sensitive to aggressive sales tactics. The price was great. I will definetely use them again and reccomend Emerald to others. Thanks Frank!
