This place used to be top of the line when they first opened but my have times have changed....1. Only one elevator was working. 2. I asked to take stairs but was told it was a safety issue and maintenance would have to unlock the door to stairwell...but if there was a fire and folks aren't supposed to or can't use elevator then how are they supposed to get out of hotel?? 3. The bathroom faucet leaked in my room when it was in use. 4. The heater did not work...you either got cold air or nothing. 5. I thought all rooms should have bathtubs and not just walk in showers. 6. The floor creaked when you walked on it and it was uneven. 7. There are two TVs in a 2 room suite so how come there was only 1 remote control?? 8. The hotel website mentions room service yet there is none...you have to order at bar and pick up food yourself. That was the main reason for choosing this hotel vs one of the newer hotels in vicinity. 9. Will not be back.

Blood stained mattress cover on the sofa bed. I was promised it would be replaced with another mattress cover and I would receive points on my Hilton rewards for my inconvenience. I didn t receive either. I had to put the cover in the hallway because cleaning staff was so delayed. When they showed up later they gave us a sheet to put on it instead of a mattress cover. Horrible

Every embassy I have stayed at has been great this one is no exception. Staff are friendly and professional. Everything is kept clean and orderly. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well thought out. The interior is up to date. Rooms are stocked with coffee and tea (with add ins like sugar and creamer)as well as a microwave, mini fridge and sink.

I am a Hilton Honors member and only stay at Hilto...

I am a Hilton Honors member and only stay at Hilton properties, I don't know how this place is rated 4.4*. Staff is rude, rooms are OLD and DIRTY, which during Covid is unacceptable. The lobby is clean and beautiful, request a cot in the lobby and you may enjoy your stay. This hotel is certainly a blemish on the Embassy Suites chain.

The hotel is nice. The front desk staff made check in/out process easy and were very courteous. The breakfast and other complimentary food items were a plus; however, all of that went out of the window when my room was never cleaned. We left one morning and housekeeping was right on our hallway. When we returned at 11:30PM (so we were gone all day) our room had not been touched. We had to still go downstairs and get towels for everyone. THEN WE FOUND DIAPER WIPES AND CANDY BAR BEHIND THE SIDE TABLE IN OUR ROOM THAT DID NOT BELONG TO US. SOOOO ONE CAN ASSUME THERE WAS NO REAL CLEANING DONE HERE. Very disappointed with such a quality name hotel and for what you pay seems like that part should be MUCH BETTER ESPECIALLY DURING A TIME OF PANDEMIC STILL.

Air conditioning not working in room or fitness center. Equipment in fitness center broken. No towels available in fitness center for workout. The AC issues and towels were both reported during my previous visit. This seems to be a systemic issue. There are better places to stay in this area.

The beds are hard and feel very old. The room appeared run down (old furniture and squeaky pipes). Room service ran out of food the first night we were there. The highlights are the amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, its very close to some great places to eat.
