Super inefficient and the staffs were not helpful and inattentive. Queuing up for almost an hour on a non busy Wednesday afternoon because the staff were busy helping the regular clients. This was happened regularly and the management wasn't doing anything to improve the service. Super disappointed with the service and should deserve no star.
The guy in blue shirt with "fitness coach" title on, is real unprofessional, with the worst customer service skill, cant even manage a queue properly, simply asking customer go aside without proper instruction, i have been standing aside for 10 minutes then realise the queue is on the other side end. What a terrible customer service " coach" ! Just keep chit-chatting with aunties, forgot your customers. Real shame!
