Room was not ready at check-in time.

The pool was very nice, but the pool area was uncomfortably hot for those not swimming.

Free breakfast buffet and free drinks in the afternoon. I just wish there was live music in the bar area.

It's a beautiful building, we used one of the rooms for prom and I'm very glad we were able to use it.

Overall it was a great stay. However the shower was not clean and the room did not have a working coffee maker.

Great place and convenient location close to restaurants, interstate and shopping.

Embassy is a great asset to Murfreesboro. From the overnight accommodations, conference rooms and event space it brings a much needed addition to the community. Great space.

I've had my 11th 12th,13th, 14th and 15th birthday here it sucks that they paved over the hot tub thought

I really wanted to love this hotel, but I booked it for one reason only and that was their very nice indoor pool with hot tub. While getting dressed to work out I called down to ask about the pool and was told it was open and where it could be located. I then went to the Gym and and saw the pool. I was so excited to know that after I worked out I was going to be able to take a few laps in the pool and then go relax my sore muscles in the hot tube but sure enough in the half hour it took me to work out they closed both the hot tube and the pool. I understand things happen, but then give your guest standing there in her swim suit with the sweat dripping off of her some $$$ off of the very expensive room she booked for no other reason then the swimming pool. I could have stayed at a number of other comparable hotels for about $50 less with no pool!

The rooms and service was great. For the pric3d you pay, you would think the hotel was updated. No working alarms clocks. NO USB ports, anywhere in the suite.

Great stopping place on our way to Florida. Hit the happy hour. Good restaurant on site. Excellent free breakfast.

Checked in with no problems. Room appeared clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

BED BUGS.... I woke up to a bed bug crawling on the sheets, I also had bite marks. After killing it and calling the front desk. They sent maintenance up to verify. I was told days later that they didn't see any additional bed bugs. They said they would send us a report from the pest control. We never received it.

I was here for a convention. We didn't spend the night but it was a nice place in a very convenient location.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very professional. The hotel as a wonderful restaurant with really tasty options. This would be a great option for work or vacation.

Conference facilities are good. Rooms are okay. Prices are hideous- this is MURFREESBORO! And who still charges $10 for WiFi? Oh yeah, they do. It s 2019! McDonald s been doing it for over a decade- you can too.

Very nice hotel I was however disappointed with the breakfast food. Everything lacked flavor. The biscuits and gravy were bland. The grits were bland and cooked to death. The French toast was cold and kinda hard not what you would expect for French toast. Omletts were good. Bacon was good. Drinks were great! Our room was very nice and spacious and the pool was nice and warm. I would stay again!

Large rooms, comfortable beds, good showers. Great place for the Bonnaroo shuttle.

I've been here for five years and each time it feels shoddier, like general upkeep is not important. When the little things fail, like the soap pump not working in the public bathroom, management needs to take a closer look.

VERY clean, very nice, FREE drinks and snacks in the evenings. Has several conference rooms to hold small to big meetings. Very impressive. Easy to get to off the interstate plus name brand shopping such Belks, AE, Ulta, Hollister, and more.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Staff is always accommodating, friendly and efficient. Rooms are always pristine. Hotel is updated and has spa, gym, indoor heated pool and full kitchen. Gift shop and Starbucks available. The Convention Center meeting rooms are nice and technology friendly. Nice place to stay and/or work!

Bartender was extremely helpful and nice, we stayed at the bar for most of the time

We attended the Kappa Beau-Tillion, it was TRULY AMAZING. The Embassy was beautiful.

Very misleading pictures on the website! I called the day I was going to book our room and asked specifically which room did I need to reserve to get the upgraded walk-in shower. The lady at Embassy told me to just reserve a king suite and that all king suites had that bathroom. So the day of my reservation I check out my room and have a regular bathroom, in the king suite! I went back to the lobby and the receptionist told me that is the executive suite and I told him that s the one I wanted I would pay the difference. He then informed me it was not available. I m so upset. My husband and I have 4 children. He drives a semi over the road and we took one night away for some much needed time together for a misleading reservation! We never get alone time without the kids because it s hard to arrange. If I d known this, I would have stayed elsewhere. I looked for days for the special place only to be let down. Will NEVER stay here again!

We was there for a New Year Eve Party but unfortunately did not get checked in till about 7:00pm.

Beautiful hotel with free cocktails for 2 hours everyday! Rooms were amazing and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this place. The property is only a few years old, so everything is really nice. All rooms are two room suites. Food aervice and the bar are excellent.

Attended a social event in one of the ballrooms. Food was adequate, service was very good.

This is a nice hotel with good service. Some parts of the facility are starting to show its age. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly check in/out, room was very clean, the tv remotes, and plastic coffee cups etc were wrapped in plastic which made me feel like it had been deep cleaned, a very nice touch. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great, very close to the interstate for travelers. Highly recommend and we will stay there again.

Love, love, love this place. I am a former employee of this location and now work at an Embassy Suites in Portland, Oregon and let me tell you, the properties cannot compare. I miss working here so much. Everyone was so very friendly and they had the best staff. Gabriela, Karen and Gina (bartenders) were always so wonderful. Whittney in the coffee shop was always so kind. Dillon and I miss all of you so very much. The hotel was so clean and they definitely kept the place looking like new. JQH is a wonderful company. I only wish JQH was still running the property I work at like they used to. Atrium Hospitality seriously cannot compare.

I was there for a teacher ed tech conference. Conference rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Staff seemed attentive and kept up with refreshments.

Came here for my daughter's 10th birthday party and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations! They were so nice and friendly with myself and the 7 children staying with us! Highly recommend this hotel in Murfreesboro!

I was quoted $149 as a walk in but charged $214. Called the property to resolve the issue, but apparently, there were a bunch of hidden taxes, fees and and a partial "authorization" of $26 extra that is supposed to "drop off after 7-10 business days" (there are no charges showing as pending, my card was charged $214 plain and simple. I will never return to any of these properties. Terrible business practice.

Nice clean hotel with great amenities. Conference center rooms are more than adequate. I would say here again for sure.

Nice hotel.. cheaper than Nashville and Franklin. Food is so-so.

My family and I stayed here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was nice, the place was very clean. It was very relaxing and we would stay again.

We stayed in the Embassy in St Charles the day before arriving at this location. I ve stayed here before and the differences are quite noticeable from Worse to Best. (see my review for the St Charles location).. This hotel is one of the best with there preparation and Customer Service. We will always make this our Embassy stay during our monthly trips.
