Difficult to find parking

Good place and building nice and lot of shops and touver place

It s a dedicated business and offices area not a lot of restaurants no big variety of options
Be careful of the parking there it s not a free parking

It is new, its stores are big, it is comfortable to reach. Currently, full capacity is not working. They still have stores to open. The product range is abundant, the environment is spacious.

The 4 buildings have a plethora of major companies with different profiles. It has good range of cafes and restaurants for snacks.

No Parking. Paid parking is 25aed better to park in dubai mall n walk takes around 10 mins

Nice place. But there are corporate offices all over the place

This is where I work and I am very happy with this location. Accessibility my car is below average but normal for Dubai standards. Close to the DIFC, a good selection of F&B and in my opinion one of the best office locations in Dubai.

Great looking office block with a decent plaza in the centre. Love the display section.

A Business park in the heart of Dubai, well equipped with all facilities are available for corporates. Easy access of Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.

Sufficient parking

Emaar square - Downtown - Interesting place as you can park your car at Dubai mall and take the Metro bridge which will take you to Boulevard and then to 6 Building of Emaar Square. Emaar square has 6 commercial buildings. If you do not have offcially parking allocated to you you will end up paying AED25 for first one hour and subsequent AED 20 is charged.

Great sales centre food models however lacked NESW on the models

Has ample parking. But at odd days you may not get one. The side of tower 1,2,3 are more crowded. If the parking is full, park at the other side (building 3,4,5) and through the over bridge. Quite a few restaurants and a grocery on premise.

An excellent place especially for business and has 4 buildings located near the Dubai Mall.

Rubber wall against any kind of complaint and copy-paste replies. Totally useless customer service. Swimming pool closed today at Marina Promenade...until late october. Nice planning of works closing a swimming pool during summertime! TOTAL BLAME. Service fees compensation is required

I love Emaar, very fascinated from the buildings. I am from Germany and I wish I could work with Emaar. Nice country and nice people.
