My husband were in Caledonia recently and asked a native Caledonian his recommendation on a place to grab a bite to eat. Elsie's did not disappoint! Nice atmosphere, great food! We might even make the trip back over to try a dinner some evening.

Nobody wears a mask, could audibly hear kitchen staff sneezing. At 10 pm when bar closes all of the people go to 'the auction house' downtown with a lamp leg in the window and drink there. Bunch of plague rats
My fiance and I went there for their Italian night where they serve spaghetti and meatballs and chicken alfredo. The price for the dishes was $8.95 we both have the chicken alfredo with a soda a piece. The food was good the only problem was we were charged $42 for our meal which we found out after checking our bank statement. Bad on us but also on them for charging us so much because that's one hell of a tip.
