Ellicott Development is HORRIBLE! They're maintenance is a joke. They advertise one thing to lure you in, then they change it. I rented an apartment with 'underground parking and natural light' well they never had any plans to create an underground garage and they just singled me out and built a structure to limit my natural light from my skylight. On top of that, the family that owns the company is RACIST. Stay as far away from Ellicott as you can! This is coming from a current tenant!! Half of my building is empty (even though it's brand new) because they are that bad!

I've been living at one of Ellicott Development's beautiful apartment buildings for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! They have been outstanding with keeping up on things and customer service. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to live, with your pet, to contact Ellicott Development.

Very neat building! But a lot of restrictions on the public make it not entirely a place to visit

Was in "communication"with ERICA KANE, she is extremely unresponsive. Says she only shows apartments between 8a and 5p Monday through Friday which is when most people work. NOT flexible at all. I was really interested in an apartment and after a lot of emails where she stated how extremely booked she was I was finally able to get a time to meet from her. I changed my work schedule for the day and took some unpaid time off so that I can meet her at the apt at 3p on a weekday. My wife also had to leave work early for this. When we got there the current tenant was there and had no idea that we were coming. What's priceless is that when I called Erica she was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Said she wasn't coming because my appt was not on her calendar because I didn't confirm ( there are emails which clearly prove that she was lying). I told her What I had to do to make this appointment and she didn't care at all. Kept trying to blame it on me. I CLEARLY DODGED A BULLET. DON'T WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

I saw roaches in the building and when i went i to one of the offices they had it had mold in it then called me "blackie" and said "your kind aren't welcome here" it was very disrespectful

I just don't understand this deep racism, this hatred, some such as Carl Paladino, has for the First Lady. I think it just goes to the fact she's a dark skinned black woman whose assertive and doesn't fit the 'mammy' stereotype. She takes pride in who and what she is and to white racists they can't stand that. The First Lady is self-made. Harvard Educated. She's a brilliant woman. But she has been attacked endlessly by these white male/children. Their success means nothing to me. They are without character. Ignorant, petty, bullying brutes. To go after a woman. That's about as low as it gets.

We were harrassed by management several times about complaints from a problem neighbor that were unjustified and unfounded. Then upon moving out were cavalierly charged 300 dollars for "large items left in the dumpster". During our tenure, several maintenance issues were NEVER addressed, including a large crack that opened in the ceiling due to water from upstairs, and a leaky kitchen sink which we had to place a bucket under. These conditions existed FOR MONTHS. Also, what about the emergency hallway lighting that doesn't work (I tested it myself) and the smoke detector that was broken and never replaced? Or the screens that were ripped to shreds upon moving in, and only replaced when the school attached to the property complained about it? What about the boots SELECTIVELY left on cars at a cost of 98 bucks? Speaking of the school, if you live at 310 North St, expect to be put upon regularly. You see, the school is open part of the day, part of the year; you only LIVE there, so expect dirty looks from the school staff when you come home or walk the dog, and expect to be told flat out that the school is more important. Because like I said, you only LIVE there.
