Ellen is incredible! She is kind and gentle. Takes her time to make sure your dog is not overwhelmed. Lots of grooming places leave your pup with a rash or slight burns or cuts but Ellen makes sure she can avoid it at all costs even if it does end up taking more time. My dog HATES getting groomed and gets really nervous when taken into the groomers. Usually coming out stressed, panting and hiding. After being at Ellen's, she came out happy and cheerful! Never seen that before!

If I were you I would be taking my dog to a vet to get their nails clipped yes it's cheaper to take them to a place like Ellen's but if something goes wrong then you have to take them to the vet and the company isn't liable be smart about your animal and take any care to a vet Ellen's isn't a very good place to go yes it's $10 but think about the consequences
Super friendly with our Shih Tzu and we got exactly the cut we wanted. It is a professional and clean place. They charge a bit more if your dog s hair is really matted, but that s no different from other places. This is now our new go-to place!

I took my cat there for her first ever shave and groom. We were both nervous, but Ellen was an absolute pro!! She got my skittish cat up on the table and got right to work. The cat wailed a bit (as she does because she's passive aggressive that way) but Ellen was able to keep her calm. The whole experience (including the trip home) was only an hour. Would go again!!

The only groomer who is able to groom my busy dog! And do an amazing job! It been turned down by many groomers because my dog moves too much! But Ellen can groom her to perfection!

Ellen has a calm demeanor which seems to relax the dogs. Having said that, I think my nervous mini-poodle has finally pushed her to her limits. I don't fault her though. My dog is a wreck at any groomer, vet, etc.

Ellen is amazing. She was so accommodating of our nervous dog (and us, his nervous owners) - she let us come back and hang out in the grooming area the whole time so we could watch and comfort our dog. She and the other groomer working there really seemed to take pride in their work, and had a great rapport with the animals. Price was *very* reasonable given the time they put in and the thoroughness of the work.
First two cuts were great. I took our dog bag for a third grooming and I gave them specific instructions to leave it as long as possible, I just want the mats removed. They shaved him so that his fur was less an a centimeter long. I was 3.5 inches long before, and he only had mats on his belly. The cut this time was also really uneven and patchy, and they didn't even remove all of the mats. They also knicked his genetals while cutting him and it's clearly bothering him, he won't stop licking the area. I don't know what happened but they did a horrible job. Avoid this place unless you just want a cheap cut and don't care what it looks like.
Cute place, amazing staff giving great service. We took our dog Pancho to Ellen for a total grooming experience and are very happy. Ellen's pet grooming studio is newly relocated and the new digs are a nice fresh newly renovated place. Highly recommend!
I've been taking my dogs there from the time they were pups. They are well cared for, look great afterwards, and above all, not traumatized. Ellen and May are awesome!
Nice person but if you're there to get your dog's nails trimmed the tools they use are dull and the dog's nails are jagged
Our longhair cat's hair got matted. She is a tough cat to handle--very antsy and anxious, but Ellen was extraordinary. She calmed our cat down and was able to shave all the mats out while keeping the cat relaxed the whole time. No way I'd ever be able to do that. She's a pro. Highly recommended!

Fantastic groomer. Took my long haired cat to Ellen's and she did a fantastic job. Our cat is a rescue and can be timid, but Ellen was extremely calming and is very skilled. We will definitely be going back!
I brought my little rescue cat in for a nail clip and to trim the fur on his paws. He won't let me go near his paws. Ellen made quick work of it, and was very sweet with little Tiger. Only $10! I will absolutely be back. Thank you Ellen!

I brought Lily in for her first haircut. Ellen took great care with her and gave her a great haircut. Bonus points: you can pet the dogs going in for a haircut while you're waiting. :)
We stopped coming here after two poor experiences. Our dog got knicked on the front elbow leaving a mark and no fur growing. The first time, I mentioned it later, no response. Accidents happen - gave a second chance - our dog got knicked at the same spot again. The area was very red. Owner s excuse was that he was moving. The cost for grooming is quite high and no offer of rebate. I talked to another dog owner who also had a similar experience. So, not a good customer experience.
Ellen is super and she did a good job. My cat looks glorious! A little bit choppy, but after a few days it will look better - just like any haircut. Prices are good compared to other locations you can go to. It's a cute little place, very welcoming. Will come back here for sure
