Ellen is incredible! She is kind and gentle. Takes her time to make sure your dog is not overwhelmed. Lots of grooming places leave your pup with a rash or slight burns or cuts but Ellen makes sure she can avoid it at all costs even if it does end up taking more time.

My dog HATES getting groomed and gets really nervous when taken into the groomers. Usually coming out stressed, panting and hiding. After being at Ellen's, she came out happy and cheerful! Never seen that before!
