Elkhart Clinic Review

Dr. Wu is awesome. Very thorough caring and sincere. She may run a bit late but well worth the wait. She is one doctor I will wait for. She cares a great deal for her patients and their wellbeing. She definitely has her patients best interest.

As always....excellent care by compassionate professionals.

Checking in and registration is good. Although the doctor I had was not so helpful.

Friendly and good service. I called with a question before my appointment and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back with the information I needed.

I went to the clinic for the first time today to do my meet and greet with my new primary care physician. I thought the check in process was really simple. You sign in on a tablet and wait for your name to be called. I was treated kindly and with respect by all staff. Dr. Hartl was very kind and has a great positive attitude. She seems like she will be a very caring doctor! The only reason I did not give this five stars is because the building itself is a bit outdated. They could really use a remodel!

I m having such issues getting a hold of my provider to switch my medication. I have been trying for 3 days and still nothing. It s really frustrating. I also waited over an hour to see my provider. Dr. Wu is wonderful but I wish her office was run more efficiently. Either than the issues I have been having, I really like the facility and would recommend them.

A very caring, warm place. I found my primary care physician there (Jennifer Hartl), and she is just the best. She spends alot of time with me each time I go there, and she listens!!! I have x-rays/bloodwork/MRI done there. Im always in and out.

I didn't have to wait too long for an xray. Everyone was very nice. Some of the older patients seemed a little lost or confused with some of the construction going on inside. But all in all... a very good experience

Dr. Yoder is knowledgeable, patient and kind. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

I was referred to Dr. Deere by my PC doc and I am very happy he did so. It was a great experience as I had an Outpatient procedure, but all went great and again Dr. Deere was outstanding! Thank you!

Angie at the front desk was awesome and pleasant! I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been coming here for years. I really feel comfortable with my doctor. Dr. Buckley really listens to you. I hope I never have to look for another doctor. All the staff is great. Thank you Elkhart Clinic! The urgent Care is great also!

While I will miss Dr. Porche, Dr. Young was very nice to work with. I've been a patient here for many years, and all of the office staff is super sweet and very professional.

For 6 years I've been coming here for several Drs. I have always been treated very well,even if the Dr. was not pleased with my lack of controlling my diabetes like I should..... I hope to still be able to come here for years to come.

Your Friday hours and Friday phone response are very inconvenient. If you had Saturday hours it would be helpful but since you do not I never expect my Friday calls to be returned until the next Monday. If only I could find a job where my work week was 36 hours then I could be more understanding.

Doctor Ahuja and his staff always do their utmost to make sure I'm well taken care of. He is never in a hurry to get to his next patient, so bring a book with you, because all of his patients get the same treatment. Always worth the wait.

I really like the televisits. I have a lot of mobility issues and this lessens my trouble for talking to my Doctor. I hope you continue this option after the COVID 19 is under control.

Dr. Mehta and his nurse are thorough yet timely , I usually don't have to wait long even at their busiest. From check in to lab, everyone at the clinic is very pleasant.

Spent two hours here disputing my insurance at the walk in clinic. Also was refused service at the walk in clinic bc "I needed a referral from my primary care doctor" in order to see the doctor at the WALK IN clinic. I'm at a loss for words honestly

Blood draws aren't a major experience, but it's assuring to know that the person sticking a needle in your arm is competent an professional like the lady who took care of me. Nice lady with good aim.

Very professional staff, all were friendly and willing to answer all our questions. The doctor and anesthesiologist met us before the procedure and explained what to exspect. All in all a good experience.

It was very organized. From checkin to end of appointment. Wait time was very short ,and procedure was quick and easy.

This was the first time at this clinic in my new state.....Been here a year so it was time for a complete eye exam....The technician was superb, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.....The eye doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative to the point that I'll definitely return for my next yearly appointment.....I feel very comfortable returning here because they made me feel cared about and I love it when all my questions get answered without being rushed!!!

Every appt. was on time. Minimal waiting time. I saw Dr. Hughes & agreed with his plan of care. Xray was very courteous as was the lady who drew my labs. She hit my sneaky, rolling veins first try. Very impressed overall.

Dr Ahuja is very professional, thorough, kind and caring!! The clinic is always looking for ways to better their service to patients, they redid the way you check in and divided it into two or three areas and they ve redone the front where you check in! My waiting time has been getting shorter! I come to several different doctors at the clinic and have always had good experiences!!

My only complaint is the wait time but that s doctors offices for you. Dr. Borelli made me feel like he was listening to my concerns and really trying to work with me to get healthy. The nurses were very friendly and the phlebotomists were very nice.

I am constantly impressed with the quality of service provided by Aaron, the cardiology nurse who manages the health and welfare of patients who take medication to prevent strokes from happening. She has a contagious smile, a positive outlook, an efficient way of getting things done, and confidence that let her patients know they are in good hands. She has perfect of blend of professionalism and friendliness.

She is a valuable asset to the Elkhart Clinic cardiology team.

Better than most. If getting blood drawn, do not get it done on Monday Morning.

Love my physician. Dr. Matherly and I have had a professional and patient relationship for 30 years. He will be greatly missed when he retires. Great staff also.

Dr. Borrelli is the best. He delivered my 3 children and my husband and I have been going to him since 1988 or 89. We also love Kim the NP. They are great!

Sent non-urgent message to my doctor on Sunday night regarding poison ivy treatment. I received a personal phone call the next morning requesting me to come see her! Wow! I was there in 3 hrs!

They were able to get me in right away even though it was the end of the day.

I love the doctors and the care but the wait times are ridiculous I routinely wait 1hour past my appointment time then another half hour before I actually see the doctor.

Dr. Davis makes it a great place for your health needs!

I went into my doctors office today showed up at 3:15 my apt was at 3:45 and was at the check in desk at 3:25 I sat in the waiting room till 5 min befor 5:00 before the lady behind the desk told me Dr. Ahuja was running a little behind and that it would cost me more money to see him because I was labled a naw patient and it would be best if I just left to save me money on a new patient visit and this man is my family doctor granted I have not been to the doctor in three years but I did like I was suppose to and made an apt now I have to pay my 40$ Co-pay for a visit I did not use and I have to find a new doctor if this place doesn t have time for there patients why waste there time totally disappointed in this place I might as well just went to th ER not to bring up the pay I missed from being out of work for two hours to have this visit this clinic is a joke

Check in was quick, then to doctors office and that went well. Then to lab. They are always busy, but went fairly quick.

Everyone is always very courteous & shows genuine concern for health and wellness.

Dr. Minnie Enriquez is an excellent doctor. She will take the time to discuss your concerns. If she orders a test or a new medication, she will always have you come in for a follow up visit.

Great place with caring staff of doctors and nurses.

Dr Mehta, my primary care physician, is as kind and caring as I could ask for. He never rushes through my appointments, but I never have to wait either. He feels like a friend whose concern is my health.

Very smooth processing and on time appointment despite obvious overcrowded waiting rooms for labs and registration.

Excellent service and safe environment . Great Staff .

It was only 7 degrees out when I was there so it was not as busy. The new check in procedure is great. I do feel like things go much quicker and I do not have to stand in line for my turn.

Dr. Yoder gave me a quick diagnosis for my gout, prescribed the correct medicine, and I was back on my feet in 2 days. Thank you Dr. Yoder!

The staff and Doctor were very friendly and professional and they listened to me as well.

Everything ran smoothly. I like the new way of registering. The remodel has helped things go smoother. The lab is on 2nd floor now. It felt like a giant maze getting from waiting to the service room.
