Having access to Efry while incarcerated at Calgary Remand Centre meant the difference between hanging on to my sanity long enough for hope of a better day or sinking into solitary confinement. I believe in their work, and in their staff.

It's not helping really, even they don't have essential knowledge too for the kind of organization they are running. I felt myself like everything FRIED, and nothing saved as alive. It's wastage of time.
