I recently had a less than satisfying experience with a local service. The technician arrived later than promised, which was a bit inconvenient for my schedule. While he was polite, the problem didn’t seem to be addressed thoroughly. After his visit, I found myself needing to follow up on the same issue shortly after.🔧 It was frustrating to feel like I wasn’t receiving the long-term solution I was looking for. Communication could also use improvement. I had to reach out multiple times for updates. I was hoping for a more streamlined experience. 🤔
