I really wish I could give no stars. I rented a house from this company for 4 years. The house was falling apart and would take weeks to months to get things fixed l, things like AC and water leaks. Would have to call and call and call to get anything done and for no one to ever show up. I moved into a dusty dirty home and was charge almost $2000 upon move out to repaint the entire house that wasn t even painted when I moved in. I have my pictures of when I moved in and this home was nothing up to par. Do what you can to avoid this company because what you will go through isn t worth the headache. The bad reviews really speak volume, I have never seen anyone with as many consistent bad reviews as this company. Any good reviews are left by friends or family just to up their poor ratings.

This is my second time using them and I have had no issues. I recommend them to anyone that I know that may be looking to rent in this area. Give them a call, you will not regret it.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have backed out with the first red flag I saw. They advertised the townhouse as one price and then after we applied raised the rent $100! I should have left then but I didn't. Now we moved in at the end of October and noticed a leak coming from the upstairs shower that was dripping into the kitchen. I immediately called them and a few days later sent a "plumber" to fix the issue...IT IS NOW THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED!! I have not been able to use my shower in a month. The "plumber" ignored phone calls, left equipment , left a mess and just wasn't professional at all. When I called the agency they all gave me the runaround and I'm over it. I reported them to the city so they'll be hearing from someone soon. Its not right that we are paying for two full baths and can only use one. It should not a take a whole month to fix a leak! Anyway do not rent from these people, they are horrible and unprofessional.

My sister paid over 1100 (half of rent and deposit). She was told she needed to move in with 24 hours. As she was moving in, the property owner decided to work on the house and workers were there. She was told by the workers she could not move in because they were working on the floor and the walls and the place would not be ready until a week later. My sister had furniture that was there to be delivered (within the 24 hrs the property management specified). There was a lack of communication between the owner and property management. Per the contract, my sister had 7 days to get her refund back if she changed her mind. She was told by the receptionist she would get security plus rent back then the following day, the receptionist said they would only give her the amount of half of rent. The address of the place is 24 Mann St in Phenix City, AL. I will give them a week to do what s right and if they don t I will be sure to contact the local news stations.

I had a great experience working with Elite Ventures Leasing and Management. I couldn t believe how responsive they were to all of my requests and questions, and they knew far more than I ever hoped to about the process of renting a home. From start to finish they were very responsive, kind, and a constant professional.

Wasted 55 dollars on a application called for 2 days they told me that I was the only application on said property and it was a first come first serve deal. Said my application was looking good you will hear back from them at 4 didn t call till closing and rude as hell saying that we didn t get the rental but now I wasted all week on this trash company would not recommend to anyone

EVLM is the ABSOLUTELY WORST property management company that I have ever dealt with in over 10 years in the military. I am not a homeowner, but if I was and this was my management company, I would be appalled at the lack of involvement that this company has in actually maintaining and managing their properties. I rented a property from them for over 18 months and they only came out one time to look at the property, instead of once every six months like they are supposed to. This company pays absolutely ZERO attention to service requests and in the event they actually do send someone to your home, it is a hack who has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Again, homeowners, this is where your hard earned money is going.........straight into EVLM's pockets and services are not being rendered and properties are not being managed. Renters, if you do decide to rent a property from EVLM, ensure that you read the Service-member's Civil Relief Act from 2003 cover to cover because EVLM has no clue what is covered in the Act. EVLM tried to tell me that they do not Pro-rate the final month's rent even though it specifically states in the SCRA that "any rent collected prior to the termination date of the lease shall be done so on a pro-rated basis." EVLM had me pay the rent for the entire month of June (which is fine) and then tried to sell me a bunch of hogwash on how their company is not set up to pro-rate rent for the final month of the lease even though they owed me a refund for 26-30 June because my lease terminated on 25 June. Their response to this was, "we have never run into this situation before" Are you kidding me???? And you call yourself a property management company in a huge military town?? They arbitrarily choose when they are or are not going to do something, which is illegal when it comes to collecting the final month's rent. I am still fighting with them to get the $225 that they owe me for the days in June that I was not residing in their property. In summation, EVLM is GREAT at taking your money (whether you're a homeowner or renter) and that is about it. For my fellow military brothers and sisters, DO NOT trust your property to this company if you are a homeowner and DO NOT rent one of their properties if you are not planning on purchasing a home. HOMEOWNERS & RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!

I took Elite Ventures Leasing Management to small claims court in Columbus GA. I moved in with no working stove. I called Code Enforcement to inspect the house (its free). They cited the property on broken appliances and plumbing. I left msg with EVLM staff to get me out of the lease and find me a better place to live. They never responded. After about 2 months I moved out, filed a case against them. They did everything they could to discredit me. They lied in court and got caught!!! Document every conversation and take pictures or video the property to make your case. I was released from the lease without owing a cent. EVLM will try you and go unpunished so Do Not give them your business.

If you plan on getting your deposit back, think again. Nothing will get fixed on time, if something breaks it won't get fixed. And for 2 months we called trying to contact the finance manager who happened to be gone every time we called. With the classic answer, she'll call you back tomorrow when she comes in. Piss poor management. I'd rather live in a cat litter box than waste my money on one of their properties.

Called and asked prior before driving there was a unit ready for viewing.Upon going up there,she said the keys were not available. Dishonest company/shady receptionist.

After waiting for over 7 business days the person in the office kept giving us the rub around..We decided NOT to bother business with them.

Absolutely most horrible people you could ever imagine dealing with. Played games from day 1 with us, and still after over 30 days have not sent us our security deposit! JAG apparently has many issues with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it I promise you! The only good thing about them is they are to lazy to actually come out and do an inspection while you re living there so you won t have to deal with them until you leave. However, if you have any issues with the house you re renting don t expect them to fix it for a very long time!! We had to contact the actual owners of the house we were living in because they would not come and fix our bathroom that was flooded because of a leak in the attic. They finally came out after we had contacted to owner but then tried to tell us we were wrong because it goes against our contact to contact them, but apparently them allowing a house to be flooding for days is okay? Also went weeks when you combine the time that we had no air conditioning working. Worst experience of my life! The Chambers are rude as hell. Mrs. Chambers will hang up on you anytime you are right about something and they are wrong. Just don t do it to yourself.

If you are a home owner and you need someone to manage your property. PLEASE do not use this company. They never answer phone calls, they are not professional, they never return calls. I am in Iraq and they are unreliable. I feel like I have to do all the work and on top of that, pay them 10%. These people are the absolute worst. I just found out they sent someone to do a job and they didnt even finish.... I pray this helps someone in there future choices.

Worst rental company. Poor response to water leaks, AC and heater failure. We have had to wait and call and call and call. Incompetent people answering the phones. They send people who don't finish the job. Fortunately, we have not had to call lately.
All the good reviews posted are from the business owner's personal friends. So don't believe the good reviews.

Management is garbage, maintenance doesn t respond, and I ve had work orders still not complete. They don t answer the phones and most of the time will never call you back. It got to the point where the owner of house contacted me directly to fix the issues with the house because this company did absolutely nothing. If it were so expensive to move and I didn t like my house, I would have gotten away from this company within the 1st year if leasing. If you can stay away!

Do not associate with this company. This is your fair warning. So many things were wrong with my experience with them.

I'm a military service member who was returning to Columbus for another PCS move. This company had a property in the downtown area that was appealing and available. When I asked to view the property, they gave me the wrong keys and I entered the wrong house, that someone was currently living in. Upon receiving the actual keys, the property had numerous dead birds and bird poop everywhere inside. It had apparently not been cleaned in some time. Despite the warning signs we decided to give them the $100 for our "application fee." We had told the company we needed something available immediately. After two days the company finally got back to us and said we were approved, however now the property owner wanted to do renovations that would take a month or more and wanted to charge an additional $150 per month in rent. Took our money and knew we wouldn't be able to wait on the property. They scam military members. Stay away

Do not be fooled!!! They will be nice to you and act like they care but they do not! They wasted so much of my time. I was looking to move into one of their properties and I put in the application for it. One girl told me it would take 3 days. It took them 2 WEEKS to process my application. And I ve rented before so I understand the process. Another lady who is the financial advisor told me that my application was just sitting there! Everything checked out but it was just sitting on her supervisor s desk basically. My old lease was ending on the 28th of February and yesterday was March 7th and when I called their office that morning she basically told me that she can t rent to me and told me to come pick up the deposit that I put down. I was so upset because this is the place that I wanted and now I have nothing. I m currently scrambling around to find a place to live. Putting myself at risk all because I tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt because I read their reviews and I still decided to try to deal with them. Worst mistake of my life!!! Please read reviews and listen to what people are saying about them!

Absolutely horrible company. They are unhelpful from the very beginning. They close for the holidays without notice of the days they will not be in office and it takes forever to get someone to notice you at the front desk. Calls are not answered or returned in a timely manner. For owners, beware. They will show your property to potential tenants in absolutely disgusting shape. And when they do get cleaners out to your property, they will do a terrible job the first time and be sent back (after a week or so) and then do another hasty job of cleaning the place. They obviously don't keep tabs on the property, with damage and filth abundant. Owners and tenants alike get the run around, without any real resolution to their problem. Do not rent from this company, and owners please do not use this company to manage your property. You are wasting your money and your investment will depreciate rapidly because of their inattentiveness.

Never return phone calls and if you have an issue or complaint, just deal with it. Because they won t do anything.

They texted us to call them ASAP. So worried, my husband and I call and it goes to their voicemail. Then we call again the next day, and we get their voicemail. I leave 8+ voicemails for them. I finally call again on Monday and they say they ve been emailing, calling, and texting for over a week which (we ve checked) they have done no such thing. We only got the one text.

Turns out a family doesn t have heating for almost two weeks and the maintenance needs to come in our attic to fix the other apartment. They blame us for not allowing them to fix it, when we haven t gotten any kind of communication. Just pathetic. DO NOT rent out of here.

Called them Friday morning about my air conditioning going out.. They said ok someone will be out there by 3:00.. No one showed up it is burning hot on this house and i have babies here...

Elite Ventures is horrible. Been here 5 months and they still haven't fixed anything. They keep sending home warranty people out and they don't cover the work. I can already see that we will end up in court. Don't even deserve one star but I had to to post.

I highly recommend Elite Ventures Leasing & Management for comprehensive management services and peace of mind. The leasing office is very easy to get a hold of and if there is something I need, they are quick to return emails. I love that they are very accommodating to my busy work schedule. The entire team is very professional and attentive to making sure I receive A+ service. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want to have a truly AWFUL experience. UNPROFESSIONAL does not begin to describe how bad they are.

Just dont! Very rude and unorganized from day 1! Bought a house gave 30day notice at end of my lease and was charged breaking lease fine with a RUDE attitude. Day the inspector came for a walk thru he wanted keys right then and I wasnt done moving out, had someone planned to get rest that day! Had to leave furniture and items there then charged 200 clean out fee for MY furniture. I bought all new bulbs for every inch of house and was charged 200 for bulbs! I got carpet cleaned yet they charged me almost 200 to clean carpet. In short they kept all my deposit. I had a flood issue they did send a plumber but no one came on owners behalf to assess damage I stated had occurred! Good bye Elite!!!

Elite Ventures has managed my property for many years. They found good tenants for me and always make sure that they pay on time. I have needed a few repairs to the property over the years and Elite Ventures has taken care of them without me getting involved. As long as I have rental property, Elite Ventures will handle it.

The staff is very professional and polite. They took the time to answer my questions and made the experience run so smooth. Thank you so Elite Ventures for all you do.

Poor customer response to maintenance issues related to leasing property. Unresponsive!

This is, by far, the worst property management company my husband and I have dealt with. From the moment we moved in, we have had nothing but trouble with this company. Any work requests that were put in were subsequently ignored and we ended up fixing the times on our own, out of our own pocket. When we had an emergency maintenance issue over Christmas, we called in and there was no emergency contact information. We had to wait until they were back in the office after the holiday and even then, the issue was not addressed. And, when we finally moved out, due to an error on THEIR end, we did not receive the unused portion of our rent that we were told we would get back (luckily the homeowners were great and refunded us). In short, this company is unprofessional and extremely inefficient. Renters and homeowners beware!

I couldn't even get them to keep an appointment or direct me to a list of their rentals. We rented with another property manager because of this.

Lived on 543 for almost three years . first year our air went out took them a week to come out and fix it and this was summer time. Their tree fell on both my cars , they said they can't do anything . one car is still at the apartment and now they saying after a KO the almost two I got to move it so people can have more parking spots lol . they don't spray for bugs , and they men they hire to do work is people off the street and stuff gets worked on so slow .never again . please don't do it you will regret it.

Elite could do better if more effort and pride was put into the properties. Stop penny pinching and put pride into the business. The people they allow to live in the apartments are questionable. They could put washer and dryer connections in the apartments. Add pest control. Tenants should not have to chose.

Very responsive on work orders. Reading some of the negative reviews and it seems that some of thier issues may be originating from the homeowner themselves and not the property managers. Staff is always friendly on the phone and face to face.

They only want money....basically slumlords before we moved in to our apartment we were told the to place was clean and the carpets have to be clean when we move out. They still had funiture marks on the floor from previous attends, nothing was clean and it took as a minute to clean ourselves. We told them the dishwasher didn t work and took almost 2 years til they decided to finally give us one. We said okay but didn t even show up to deliver on the day they set. When we told them the freezer didn t work we were told to use ice trays. The freezer doesn t work, went spent money on ice bags and when we wanted ice cream it would just melt in the freezer. When it came time to move out I got 3 different answers about my lease. I wouldn t dare rent from them ever again...

This company showed me that they would not care for me as a tenant and would be slum lords. They showed me a property that was so dirty. They were NOT willing to fix major repairs before move in. I felt like i was begging to give them MY business. They told me to deal with a carpet full of stains, a hanging light fixture, collected dust on the ceiling, a faceless microwave, molded stained laminate flooring in the bathroom, multiple missing boards in the fence, missing blinds, a dirty crusted oven and many more major fixes that they had the nerve to show me during a final pre move in walk through! And by me addressing the issues i was treated SO rudely and so nonchalant. That showed me the type of people i would deal with. If i can't be treated as a valued customer before move in why should I move in? If i were you i would rent from Zach Jiles at Remax Champions reality! Zach never treated me like Elite has treated me. Zach was always polite from the start, he made sure his properties were acceptable and clean and any problems i had he had had his men on it asap! He showed me from the beginning that he'd take care of me and he done that! I took care of his property in return and i will continue to rent from Remax. I have never been treated so rudely like i have with Elite. I feel like i dodged a bullet although my children begged me to rent the house i just can't be treated like this!

My first time renting from an agency. When i first moved in, towards the ending of march every time I had a problem Elite Ventures got back with me to arrange a date for maintenance to come out promptly. I have been renting from them for months now, put in maintenance work order the beginning of July and nothing still haven't been done about the problem. Nice people but i am not use to nothing getting done. This don't sit well with me. Do not see myself renting from another agency in the future.

As rental property owners having our home managed by this company, my husband and I want to express our appreciation to them for our overall excellent service and support.

I cant even give this company a 1 star because they dont even need that. I would give this company a negative 100. They dont fix things and if they start on fixing something, they dont complete it. I have been sending in requests and talking to the staff for the past couple of months and they still havent responded to come and finish what they started. But they will call about the rent though. My family and I will never rent from this place again. Also, when we move in we had to clean the whole house up ourselves because it was FILTY . The company will not fix my heat and knowing it is winter time. I guess they expect for you and your children to freeze. I would never ever rent from this place AGAIN. This place is so unprofessional and they need to hire maintenance staff that knows what they are doing.

Submitted an application at 3pm and by 1pm the next day had not heard anything. Tried to call but both phone numbers went to maintenance. Went to the office and was told they hadn't started processing my application yet, even though it had been almost 24 hours. Application also cost 55 dollars, more than anywhere else. I never heard back and after seeing all the poor reviews went with someone else, and I'm glad I did. Three weeks later and the house I had looked at and submitted an application for is still for rent. Too bad I can't tell the owner, as they are missing out on rent. Guess they just collect money from application fees. Please, stay away.

I've been a tenant of a property managed by this company for almost six months. I've put in a number of maintenance requests, and, expected, a faulty ice maker is pretty low on the totem pole of pressing matters. However, when I reached out about a kicked-in back door, they had somebody out to me within 24 hours. You can't ask for much more than that. They followed up each work order with a phone call and an email asking for feedback which shows that somebody over there cares. The online payment system is easy. I was skeptical after reading a lot of these reviews, but I'm very happy to report that I've had no issues with Elite Ventures.

If you would like to be completely on your own, have your service orders ignored, charges made up in the spot then this is the place to find a home.
I have had nothing but difficulty with this agency from the very start, and Kia Chambers openly admits that she or her business will not email customers but only speak on the phone in order to deny the conversation later. Also keep in mind that Georgia is a single party consent state and you may record your telephonic interactions with this agency and I recommend you do so. The manner this business is run is petty, and incredibly unprofessional. They do not have accountability of their own billing systems and will charge you late fees for errors on their part such as failure to update payment information, failure to provide accurate payment amounts and guidance. They will list everything accurately on your move out inspection but upon receipt of your copy, you will see several additional charges and differences between both invoices, rest assured that Elite Ventures LLC will always go with whichever one is higher and not the accurate one (if there is an accurate one) at all. If you have them managing a property of yours, i would consider anyone else. They do not care about the property and they do not care about your investment, all warning of major issues a normal homeowner would deem important will go unanswered in the name of a profit. They are not worried about the potential liability your home could cause due to damaged and inoperable HVAC, windows, doors, electric outlets etc and mold. Do not expect a response from an email to them, even if they have emailed you first and you have responded to their email because they will deny getting the email.
I noticed several others have had similar issues with them and if you are interested in placing them on the memorandum of off limits establishments, please contact me so I can help you do so.

Horrible customer service! Work orders are not done in a timely manner. I put a work order in over a year ago and it still isn t fixed. If I could give no stars, I would. I don t recommend anyone especially Military Personnel to do business with them.

I would avoid renting from this property management at all cost. We rented from them for over 4 years and only stayed because we had direct contact with the owners.
Upon moving in they refused to let us sign the lease without the inspection being done we were forced to turn in the inspection sheets with only a few hours to get the keys although you are supposed to have 24 hr to complete it. That should have been red flag number 1. Maintenance problems take forever to get fix if they even get fixed.
Our AC went out multiple times in the middle of summer and they will take forever to come repair it because Elite didn t think it was important enough to give the owner a call instead they will just email them. Even after the owner went in to approve the repair took every day of calling to get it fix. Middle of summer 10 days to repair a broken AC. Also as a homeowner I would never want this company managing my property. It took them over a week to send out someone when we had water damage making it even worse. Never again.

They just want money buto yet don't want to fix what is broken. They have horrible customer service. Wish I never decided to purchase with this company at all. The house is beautiful and big enough for my family but if you really want to pay a huge power or water bill and then deal with elite ventures then don't waste your time or money at all!!!!

I would never, ever again rent from them. They made me call and email almost daily to get things fixed within the home (leaking roof, broken window, broken stove) then came in and changed the locks in the home, while I was living there, and said it was because I was behind on rent, which I was not, I paid for 3 months at one time and they "forgot" and I had to show them bank statements and their receipts. They rarely sent the funds to the owner who I ended up getting in contact with myself, I had to send the owner my receipts and they would have to ask for their money from Elite. When I moved out, after sending a 30 day non renewal letter and my final walk though, they harassed me for 3 weeks regarding the late rent though I had moved out and they reported it to the credit bureaus! Horrible company, horrible customer service.

I attempted to rent a property from them, to be exact the one they keep advertising which is 1310 Adie St in Phenix City. I go in today and I over hear the office manager telling one of the worker to change the locks if the lady don t want to pay the $900 dollars. Already that s another red flag, previous red flags is people personal reviews. The office manager told me she can t move me in on Saturday nor a Friday but definitely that Thursday. Why ask when I want to move in just to tell me you can t. So as we came to an agreement about Thursday I ask can I go over my lease. She told me my lease will be giving to me on April the 10th the same day that I move in. What kind of sense does that make. What if something in the lease that I don t agree with? I can refuse to move in although they will keep my security deposit. She stated the lease come from the state and I can go view it online. Why can t you just print it now and we go over it in the office. She stated that they had other leases to type up. Although she stated that it was online.

I really enjoyed my experience with EVLM. The management and staff are very professional and handle things in a very timely manner. They are reasonable and caring professionals who take great pride in their work. Every single one of my interactions with an employee or management went smoothly. I trust them with all of my Real Estate needs and I recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment or a home to acquire their services! You will not be disappointed.

The only reason I m leaving 1 star is because it s the only way I can leave a review. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They are all about money. The customer service is horrible and non existent. We have had a couple issues with the property we are renting and if we don t call to follow up on the maintenance request then they will not follow up with us. They either never answer the phone at the office or never return your call. The receptionist or whatever her position is (she s sometimes in the front and in an office to the side) always seems to have a nasty attitude and demeanor when you interact with her as if she doesn t want to be at work. We are a military family and I would say this is the worst company we have ever dealt with and we should have believed all the previous reviews we saw. I seriously feel sorry for these homeowners who are trusting them with their properties because as a homeowner myself I would be livid.

They are the WORST!!!! Whatever you do DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They dont fix anything all they want is money!!!!! Air was out for 3 months & they act like they don t care!!!

Avoid this company at all costs if you are a military renter. If you are a renter, this company provides no customer service, misses appointments, and will not respond to communication requests, to include maintenance requests. They get upset if you call in to request information. They additionally gave my future landlord a hard time about providing a reference, despite proper upkeep and timely rent payments. -CPT Griffin

I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but honestly I just can't do it. Yea they're nice, but this is a very poor management company. If it isn't convenient for them then your situation doesn't matter.

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Upon our move in we were told that the carpet would be stretched in the family room, the screen would be repaired on the patio, the patio would be painted, and the privacy fence would be repaired. We now have been here 6 months...NONE OF THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. Now the tacks from the carpet are exposed. Our microwave went out 7 weeks ago, and they still not repaired or replaced. We can t even use the community pool because no one at EVLM will assist us on how to get a pool pass. Please reconsider if you plan on using this company to manage your property. We love the community, and the home is the perfect size for our family. Our intentions were to lease the home for three years. Now we will move at the end of the first year. Please home owners you will lose good tenants if you use this company.

Elite Ventures Leasing and Management has managed my property for over 7 years. The experience has been professional as well as pleasurable. I appreciate the knowledge that Mrs. Chambers has as a real estate professional. The relationship has been very beneficial and I will definitely use them on future investments.

Wish I could give a negative review. This "company" is a joke. I strongly advise you to take your business else where. They get nothing done in a timely matter, no assistance with work orders.. no returned calls. took us to give our 14 day notice for them to even consider helping us with BLACK MOLD, our HVAC unit was broken for over a month... seriously steer away from this toxic company. Nothing but problems, and terrible business attitudes.

By far the most unorganized, non communicative leasing company I have ever seen. We found the company off of the internet. We signed a lease and have been under contract for six months now. Since then we have had:
1. a dead tree in the yard that we requested to be removed-still there
2. jets in tubs don't work-still not fixed
3.dishwasher leaves calcium on dishes and dishes come out dirtier than they go in-still not fixed
4. about 2 months ago we noticed that the kitchen faucet sprays water-they "repaired it" and yet it is still spraying water. The sheet rock is now covered in mold and mildew. Not just mildew (the black spots) but mold the white spongy substance as well!

However, they never return calls and say they will. They never send anyone out and say they will. I have never in my life seen a company run themselves like this. There is no emergency maintenance number. If there is a major repair or leak you are out of luck with contacting anyone! EVERYONE stay away. Owners and Tenants do you want "your home" treated this way!!

It's been close to over a month since I was supposed to receive my security deposit back. The only thing you should expect when dealing with EV is to threaten legal action for your money back. Also good luck trying to get someone on the phone to respond to you, you'd have better odds of winning the lottery.

This is the worst company to rent a house through. I should have read the contract better before renting my house through them. They do not answer the phone's, they do not submit requests to the owner of the house for repairs over $200 like they said, they also get random companies that are outrageous in pricing yo come work on the house. PLEASE as a veteran that rents a house through Elite DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.

Fill out an application ($110 for married couples apparently) and then NEVER HEAR BACK! Watching and waiting to see this "company" to go belly up because they're not worth the time it takes to review them!

I had minimal issues during my actual time living at the property I rented, but Elite Ventures has blatantly disregarded our lease which stated we would receive the remainder of our security deposit within 30 days of move out. We moved out and the end of June. Today is 4 days shy of 2 months since we moved out, and we have received nothing but a run around when we try to contact them. They have not answered phone calls from me or my roommate and they do not call you back if you leave a voicemail. As others have stated, this company is unprofessional. If you value your money, choose a better leasing company!!

My wife and I contracted with Elite Ventures for many years to manage our rental home and found them to be very responsive and fair in their dealings. They care about both property owners and renters. I suspect that many of the lower ratings they received are not their fault and lie with property owners. The problems can be on both sides of the transaction (renters and owners) and not necessarily with the management company. We tried to be good owners and it is important for renters to do the same. I highly recommend Elite Ventures.

I usually do not write reviews but we are currently renting though this company and it is the worse. Two of the employee's there are very rude and nonprofessional. The house my husband and I wanted rent was not kept in good condition the grass was high and uncut, the bathrooms had poop in it, and the home smelled. They have no maintenance number for you to call when something gets broke and they refused to give it to me even though they say its 24 hours. Our air went out on a Friday evening and no one came to fix it, we had to pay out of pocket. Our toilet was running constantly causing our water bill to go up and maintenance did not show up until two weeks after we put in a work order. Has soon has we PCS the better, I urge owners not to use this company has well has renters.

Was interested in viewing a house for rent. Got to see the house and liked it. Before I applied and asked what were all the requirements were (minimum credit score, income, and whatnot ). I asked this because I didn't want to pay an application fee and knowingly wouldn't have a chance of getting it. I check my credit score every week, so I know I was over the requirement they were asking. I applied, paid the fee, and then was told I was denied because of my credit score. I knew that wasn't truse, because I just checked. Make a long story short. I was out of my money and they were not hepful. I even asked what kind of credit rating system they used and of course no straight answer!!!!

The new receptionist was extremely rude and impatient to one of the customers via telephone informed the customer that she did it it know what was going on and what to do.

Don't plan on getting your security deposit back. We took great care of the property we rented and even paid to have the house cleaned before we moved. Come to find out they used$1100 of our $1250 deposit to repaint the whole house. They claimed they had pictures of damage to the walls but when we asked to see them they never showed us and said they had already painted and the money was gone. They know we're military and had moved out of the state and took advantage of the fact that we wouldn't be back anytime soon to contest the deposit. Obviously they just kept our money and claimed to have done the work . Do no recommend renting from these people especially if you are military.
