WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Never waste your time and energy with Team Elite Transit Solutions.
They will never answer your emails.
They will never answer your calls.
They simply make a fool out of you.
I got a load booked from them on Thursday 9/23/21 and when I went to deliver the next day the receiver would not unload me because the team elite send the wrong commodity. They would not have the courtesy to respond to my emails for 4 days although I ccd afterhours, redteam, billing, Caitlin, Gregg, Douglas from elite. They have no idea what this industry is really like. I have had this load for 5 days and with absolutely zero correspondence from Elite Transit. I have been in this business for almost a decade but have never come across to so irresponsible people ever. I will never ever be working with these lazy people ever. I have missed 3 loads because of them. If only they knew what I am going through. I wish they knew how to do their job. I have already lose $5000 worth of loads.

We are fairly new to hauling for Elite Transit Solutions, but so far nothing but smooth sailing! Our broker Dallas, is a great guy, easy to communicate with, he literally answers the phone 7 days a week, which is important to a small carrier as ourselves. His rates are competitive, loads are exactly as described. We hope to continue our relationship with Elite/Dallas for a long time!

This company is utter trash. They let all their good employees go and are now horrific. No emails replied to and never reimburse for anything that goes wrong. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would.

This is the worst brokerage company I ever incountered. Will never answer or emails and when you ask them the reason. They said we have glitch in the system. Made me lost $4000 for not answering any emails or calls. They don't care about anything but money

Definitely trash brokers, they messed up on the delivery and rescheduled my truck a week from now, do not answer emails or calls. POS

Upper management does not care about anyone that works below them. Unwilling to give decent raises to those who do great work over time. Do not drink their Kool-aid as they are full of it. Met some phenomenal coworkers in the process, but do not trust this company. They made promises they did not keep. I would not recommend working for this company. DO NOT WORK FOR ELITE TRANSIT SOLUTIONS.

Elite drivers are great. We have had the same driver bring trailers to NY every week for the past 2 months and they are always early. The trailer is refrigerated to the correct temperature of the product. I would Highly recommend this company to others.

I've been working with Dustin W. (mostly) and the Charlie Team for the past few weeks and its been a great working relationship. Most Receivers I went to knew Dustin by name and all praised him for his communication skills. After dozens of loads I have to agree with that assessment. Always on the ball and quick to respond when you have a question. Real glad I had this experience. I set my highest number of loads (7) for a given week from a single broker with them. Smooth, stress free week.

I Can t Speak For The Whole Elite Transit Company But Josh & Dallas And The Whole Golf Team Have Been Great. When I Tell You Great Communication That s Who I m Talking About. We Are All Busy That s Just How This Industry Is But Some Way We All Get To Laugh For A Few Seconds On The Phone, And They Check Up On Us Make Sure We Are Good. if i can give -0 star this company, i would, no one cares about carriers in this company. if their is problem with load, you are stuck with it. Our driver was loaded late for direct delivery on 10/12/2021. Receiver was closed by the time driver got to delivery. since then load is in our yard holding our trailer. No one cares about it. Every time when i call have to talk to different person , i have to start over again. very ridiculous company. Never ever going to book the load with them again , also reporting to DAT about them.
