if i can give -0 star this company, i would, no one cares about carriers in this company. if their is problem with load, you are stuck with it. Our driver was loaded late for direct delivery on 10/12/2021. Receiver was closed by the time driver got to delivery. since then load is in our yard holding our trailer. No one cares about it. Every time when i call have to talk to different person , i have to start over again. very ridiculous company. Never ever going to book the load with them again , also reporting to DAT about them.
