Imagine my surprise 11 weeks later they write to me asking for more information to prove I lived at this address. Bearing in mind the Dvla sent me the Retaining certificate to that address two weeks before! Once I sent the documentation, I just assumed it had gone on their website. Hopeless there are plenty of other places to sell your numberplate and I advise you to go there.
