I accepted their offer to advertise my numberplate on their website for £12,000. I sent the documentation proving that it was in my name and and at my address. Imagine my surprise 11 weeks later they write to me asking for more information to prove I lived at this address. Bearing in mind the Dvla sent me the Retaining certificate to that address two weeks before! Once I sent the documentation, I just assumed it had gone on their website. Hopeless there are plenty of other places to sell your numberplate and I advise you to go there.
