For a place that us supposed to be good with numbers, all I have to say is WOW. They screwed up soooo many different times with our papers and numbers. Be careful who you chose. Also the notary guy that came to close was very rude and did not have a lot of knowledge. Christine was the only bright spot.

Absolutely pristine service

I did a closing for Elite Title Ageny through Widmer Closing Services months ago. The signing agency was contacted several times but refuses to pay. Title says it must be taken up with them. Title should ensure that the vendors are paid for their work. Do not accept signings from Elite Title or Widmer Closing Services.

Titles only response is that The Signing Service has been paid. I d thats true they should make sure the vendors of the signing service are paid as well.

Great title company, good customer service, and amazing closers. Always willing to go above and beyond.
