As a customer of this realty company, I found their website to be easy to navigate and the property listings were fairly comprehensive. However, I was disappointed with the level of communication from their agents. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and even then, the information provided was not always accurate. Additionally, the overall customer service was lacking, and I felt like my concerns were not given the attention they deserved. While the properties listed were of good quality, the experience with the company left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service to better serve their clients in the future.
