I went for an interview here and they even dont know what questions they should ask to their windows system administrator. I answered all questions, post that they rejected me bcz they need a person who knows everything like Network/security/Virtualization/Windows Server and Client/Linux/Unix/Exchange/ Lync ...Sorry I am not Rajnikant.

Worst company for experienced interviewee .They already taken telephonic interview by Gurleen Kaur for HR round and send invitation for written test next day with CFO round after finishing test. After waiting for 1.5 hrs Gurleen come and taken HR round again. I am giving same answer what I explained over telephonic round but she told me you are not selected for next round.

Not a good place for hard worker instead of that for boot licker it's Heaven specially for IT

The employees at Eli are not methodical in their approach, and most of them have no clue of the nature of work they have been hired for.

It's flexible timing give wings to married and single person to enjoy their private life more.

Fraud company, management is very bad and HR Team is full of stupid people. If you want to spoil your career then go head.

I worked With ELI India in Faridabad, That time was too awsam and I'm missing those days now after let the job. Not a single complaint about managment and the way they handle Query and complaint as soon as possible. Thank you Eli to give me an opportunity to work With.

A GOOD COMMERCIAL SPACE NAMED BY SSR CORPORATE PARK, NEAR NHPC METRO STATION, FARIDABAD. AT MATHURA ROAD NEAR NHPC CHOWK, GOOD CONNECTIVITY TO GURGAON, FARIDABAD AND DELHI.

Finally i joined Eli India my dream company. I am very very excited to work with such prestigious organization. I am just loving each and everything about this company. I am feeling so happy that i got selected to work with this company. Yuppi moment for me.

Presently working with ELI and I think most people who have given average or low ratings here haven't actually got the opportunity to work with ELI and are frustrated with rejection. I think it is a great place to work and one of the best companies in NCR as I find it very cool place to work. I see it as growing company and I am sure very soon it will be in top companies. Management is very co-operative and HR team has very good co-ordination.

I am working in this company from last 15 months. I faced lot of politics in the management. Senior team members abusing their junior team members. Some managers are behaving like racist. ELI Faridabad work environment is not good. My advice is be careful before joining ELI India. Hard working employees not get appreciated. Employees facing discrimination and harassment by their managers who are not close (fulfill their orders) People passing comment on color caste and religion.

Really very clean and very easily accessible location, just on the road. Near NHPC CHOWK METRO

if u r a Fresher then its good, But not good for the better future

SAME AS HAPPENED WITH SHEFALI. Just to Show on Records of their list of interviews taken, they waste our time. As per hiring hiring consultants, there are two rounds of interview, One HR( WHICH CAN BE DONE ON PHONE) And for OPS round, candidate needs to go to Company itself. Mr. KARANVEER had my telephonic interview on Phone and invited me to company. After reaching to Company, they said today Ops is not available for interview(though it was Friday and they work on Friday). Again i visited next day and they gave me other address to reach for My Ops round. I MEan they are least bothered to convey message properly with such unpfrofessional attitude. When i reached Next day again on given address, some HR again took my interview. And Ops again was not done. This left me in amaze, that how many rounds of HR is there as this is third time I am giving Interview to HR Now. Next day i got a call from Consultant saying that they want you to work in Customer Service rather than Sales as Sales batch is completed already. Now this was what we expect from any professional company!!! MAKING RUN HERE AND THERE FOR NO CAUSE.

Worst Company i had ever come across in my life ,How they recuitment and interview specially 2nd Round not Fair and twice i went now they let us wait for over the night and sent us back after long waiting in the campus ,they should have sent it earlier. Everything a messed. Every time 100+ went for an interview just for 10 or more vacant post they sometimes just did the sake of Fullfillment.

Its not a company its a bunch of idiots where faced with company no professional hr here who can understand you what you want to say???let me tell you my incident I went there for retention profile I attended there two rounds interview there first was good but when they sent me for second round of interview at sector 28 Eli office it was not acceptable.there was a hr for this interview he said to Same question for interview with eating something and also drinking appy fizz.after at the end they selected me for the post of retention but I don't want to join there when I seen his second round hr behaviour it were male person.don't think that you can stay there long time.

I have great experience at Eli. Their building, employees and everything is just amazing. Unfortunately i am not selected but the way they treated me was very special. Someday i would join this company for sure.

Worst company..they don't know..how to treat if someone comes for the interview....even Hr( Nidhi Sharma) she is one of most dumb person I ever meet in my life...she does not want to take interview....don't go for interview here they will just make you feel bad and you will waste your time

Worst behaviour towards visitors they make to wait at reception for more than 2 hours . And the respective person never come to meet or respond .

Nice Culture of company, Good environment for Employee

It is fantastic to work as a large organization from an employee prospective. The fun while working, I've got in ELI will be a glorious memory. ELI is very sensitive in terms of fulfilling the client's requirement. "The art of effective listening is essential to clear communication, and clear communication is necessary to management success" and I think that's what happens in ELI. Really love to work here.
