SAME AS HAPPENED WITH SHEFALI. Just to Show on Records of their list of interviews taken, they waste our time. As per hiring hiring consultants, there are two rounds of interview, One HR( WHICH CAN BE DONE ON PHONE) And for OPS round, candidate needs to go to Company itself. Mr. KARANVEER had my telephonic interview on Phone and invited me to company. After reaching to Company, they said today Ops is not available for interview(though it was Friday and they work on Friday). Again i visited next day and they gave me other address to reach for My Ops round. I MEan they are least bothered to convey message properly with such unpfrofessional attitude. When i reached Next day again on given address, some HR again took my interview. And Ops again was not done. This left me in amaze, that how many rounds of HR is there as this is third time I am giving Interview to HR Now. Next day i got a call from Consultant saying that they want you to work in Customer Service rather than Sales as Sales batch is completed already. Now this was what we expect from any professional company!!! MAKING RUN HERE AND THERE FOR NO CAUSE.
