I will be celebrating my third anniversary with them this coming May, and I would have to say that the kind of support I got from them has never wavered since day one! Their support system is out of this world excellent! Tim and Rosangela have always been accommodating and insightful about market trends and new strategies. They always make sure that all their Training Classes are top notch and I find myself learning something new and valuable every day.

I like the fact that the company is big on coaching and feedback, and that the input is something that they also require us to give them. It is a testament of just how much the company wanted to improve continually, which equally benefits me and my business.

But my favorite thing about Elevate is the company culture. I have been in the business for a while, and know a lot of the big brokerages, and I ve never seen anything like the spirit of Elevate. It really is a community of great agents, and great people, helping each other grow. It s such a positive environment.

Training and support were the main reasons I joined Elevate Real Estate Brokers 4 years ago and the level of their training has always been EXCELLENT!! Elevate Real Estate Brokers are known to be the expert realtors in Florida. We have been receiving their newsletter and other mail-outs in the neighborhood for years, and we found each of them informative and very helpful. We even pinned the calendar on our refrigerator thinking that when we are ready to sell, we will surely reach out to them.

We have heard many horror stories from our new neighbors about not being able to sell. When we met with the Elevate Team, we knew we were in good hands. I left Elevate about a year ago. I received an offer from another broker who promised me the world, and it all sounded so great that I decided to leave Elevate and join this other brokerage. It didn t take very long for me to understand that things were not as amazing as they had made it sound. After being gone for a few weeks and months, I started to miss Elevate. I really missed that family feel, all of the encouragement and support that I received from Tim and Rosangela and the entire staff. I also missed the leads that they provided, and all of the training to help me be a better agent. So I decided to make a move back to Elevate. It was the second best decision I ve ever made professionally, the first was to join the first time! I am so glad that Elevate took me back, and embraced me as if I had never left. My first day back felt like heaven. Like everything was right in my life, and that from that point on my life was never going to be the same.
