I own a Asian restaurant in Anderson Indiana, we opened back in 2018. We hired Element 212 when we first open to do our social media advertising for Facebook and google. We understand the advantages having social media presence, it s a lot more affordable than traditional Radio and billboards and reaches more people. First month in we found out we could be doing everything this element 212 company do but better. So, I had reach out Kyle, who was the account manager. By the way this Kyle, he was supposed to record our grand opening but forgot to hit the record bottom and say it was Facebook s mistake. Overall the entire company was running by 5 amateurs. We reached out explain how unhappy situation we were in with them middle of the first month, we just didn t want anything to do with element 212 anymore. We talked to Kyle first, than he said he will get a hold Tammy owner we waited 2 weeks. They drag their feet til the 2nd month expected to get pay for another month. We were like no way we are going to have you to post anything for us anymore. They didn t listen They continue to post on Facebook, Even though on the contract that we signed clearly stated they need approval before they can pose didn t have any approval they just went on and expect to get paid for the work I didn t ask for. For those of you who reading this review you re lucky you didn t go forward with this amateur company

We had an excellent experience with Element212! After sitting down at our first meeting they were able to take what we felt was important with our business and highlight it on our website. We are a made to order donut shop that focusses on fun, community, and of course excellent donuts. Soon after the launch of our website we opened our 2nd location using Element212 to market our Grand Opening. To say we were pleased, would be an understatement! I honestly don't know where to start...Element212 is the definition of professional excellence. From the time we walked into their office to the completion of our website. They were prompt, patient, organized, and kind while working with us. They did a fantastic job of not making us feel less then or inferior. Because our organization is a non-profit our funding is very limited. Element 212 were able to work within our budget and provide us with a in-kind sponsorship. I have not had customer service like Element 212 in a long time.
