I contacted two other electronic repair companies ...

I contacted two other electronic repair companies prior to contacting Global Electronic Services. Both told me they could not repair my board. GES said absolutely they could repair the board. When I sent it in they contacted me and gave me a very high price for repair. I base that solely upon the replacement cost. When I contacted them and told them that was too high they said that they could do a simple repair without a full check and test of the board and they dropped the price considerably. I just received the board back and it works perfectly. And the paperwork also reflects some tests that they performed on the board to ensure that the rest of the components were good. They were very responsive, contacting me frequently to let me know what was going on. I highly recommend Global Electronic Services. I am very happy.

This company is a nightmare. Lies and deceit. Apparently it appears that they might instruct their account managers and customer service reps to "tell the customer whatever he or she wants to hear". To lure the consumer into sending their faulty electronics to them. Not even looked at or assessed by any technician, they fire out an invoice to the consumer and ask for payment. When questioned for answers, lots of double talk and lies. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are a lier. Everyone in the company speaks differently. I sent my electronic board to them. They thought they repaired it and they sent it back to me without giving me information. I forced them to return the item to the facility to test and share the test result with me. Guess what happened? Board has not been repaired at all. Didn't finish yet, they said next day first thing ship my board back to me. 4 days passed. They just created shipping label. As soon as I receive the board, I am going to open and check inside.

I worked there for a little over a month convincing people to send items in for repair.

Out of every repair I sent back at least half did not work. I had a customer report to me that there were obvious bad components on a board, he sent it back under warranty and when we returned it the board had again visible bad components and didn't work.

If you ask other employees if the warranty situation was consistent they were afraid to answer as there are literally cameras every few feet in the ceiling. I am pretty sure you would be under less surveillance working at the CIA.

I would highly suggest nobody ever work here or utiozeu this companies services. They promise the moon and stars only to deliver "repairs" that you will have to return multiple times before they end up scrapping them.

Had a focusrite 2i4 that had the pins broken off of the USB connection at the solder joints on the board. Sent it in and they had it fixed for the half the cost of a replacement in just a few days.

I worked for Global Electronics for a few months. I would personally not give them a reference at all. Lies lies lies. Don't trust them. Take your electronics elsewhere. You will be happier at half the cost.

They basically begged me for a chance to repair my board, I even sent them a photo of the damage before sending them the unit to make sure they could repair it, which they assured me they could. So I sent it in just for them to get back to me saying they couldn't fit it. It's now been with them for 4 weeks and I haven't received it back yet.
