Gives you the run around when trying to cancel. Have to cancel with agent? Agent doesnt forward forms, still being charged when I cancelled 6 months ago. NOBODY will help.

They work with Payanywhare or more than 3 title name any way there sarveces always down slow and there representiv layers the charge your bank account up and down with deference name don't don't give them your bank information scam scam by the law

The worse POS system called Exatouch (so many bugs) and credit card processor company I ever worked with. Internet shuts down the whole system goes down, not ever cash transactions, age check never works, credit card device partially charges customers and the dedicate team (high level team) tells you the customers don't have enough money in their credit cards, techs barely respond to your concerns because they don't know much (Lack of training). Stay away from this company if you don't want to close out your business.

I agree, we have been trying to cancel for months, all this time we are debited from our account although not using the system anymore. They make you jump
through so many hoops and still find an excuse not to close the account. We took a while to find time to drive 1.5hrs to drop off the equipment and they literally would NOT accept the equipment because the paperwork was outdated (understand: you took more than 30 days to drop it off). The amount of frustration with this company is unimaginable. The reason we decided to CANCEL OUR agreement with them is that although our processing fee was supposed to be 1.59% according to our contract, between all the other charges and subcharges that noone at the company was ever able to justify, we ended up paying them anywhere just over 4% of the processed amount. Total rip off of a small business owner, shame on them!

I have been trying to close my account for the last 5 months. They are still debiting my bank account. There always is some excuse as to why my account is still not closed and therefore being charged.
