This company is poorly managed. Over the past 6 years. We repeatedly ran out of propane in the middle of winter when temperatures were in the teens or lower. Only after contacting them with threat of sueing for any damages that might be incurred did they respond. And recently we made a mistake and did not pay the correct amount on one account in January. The company sent subsequent bills out notifying us we were paid in full. Until 3 months following our notification of last day of service due to sale of our house, and 2 months after our last bill was received at our new address. Which, was also paid in full based on the only bill in the envelope. Then, we received notification of payment delinquency from the January bill not from the company, but from a collection agency!!!! We would gladly have paid the 90.00 different if they would have simply informed us. There was no need to send us to collection. And being sent to collections because they failed to maintain proper records is unacceptable.
