EA changed my password to my account without my knowledge. I requested they simply change my password back, they said "we dont make changes to accounts unless they are verified"..... ok? but you changed my password without my knowledge? So you do make changes to accounts. Why cant you just change my password back to what it was before EA hacked its own customers? So now i have no access to my software and i cant waste my whole saturday providing information to help desk employees that live out of country

There have been some great titles developed and released under this company, Dead Space being just one of many and I enjoyed playing all of them. Sure some games have bugs but I recognise that part of the games industry is business orientated and like any business its how you wield your creative power that sets the creative elite individuals who have worked in under the EA banner apart from the rest. EA and its umbrella companies retain an Impressive portfolio and I look forward to more well directed titles in the future.

I was locked out of my account. Chatted with someone who asked me for a bunch of information and then told me they couldn't help me but that I "wouldn't regret the conversation." Tried starting a new chat and now the chat feature doesn't work, and there's nobody to call. Terrible support.

this company purey acts like they want to destroy any product they make. I don t know if at this point if it s just self-hatred, but I m playing Mass Effect three right now and it s just horrible they destroyed anything that was good about the game as an investor you should be terrified by these people seems like they generally hate existence and the game industry and the people who buy their games. to me it s like they have honestly no believe in the product they put out.
