Nothing seems to have changed at this shambles of a company. After reading all the copious amounts bad reviews and thinking why not let's give it a chance after returning from 12 years living in the UK I accepted a role and boy barely 2 weeks in it was a HUGE MISTAKE. I was given faulty equipment to work with, a laptop that would serve better as a boat anchor than as actually technology from a technology integrator, a van that is unroadworthy which the company knew about as the doors wouldn't lock properly and didn't tell me and then when 10k of my personal tools are stolen from it they washed their hands of any responsibility. And now they won't pay me my final pay after deciding that me working their was a giant mistake. ELB is a totally sh1t place to work. Make sure you give it a wide berth.

Save yourself trouble and don t ever work or deal with this company. I ve never had such a horrible experience or been treated the way the director of this company does. To gain a better understanding just go and read their reviews on seek or glassdoor. That will give you a full insight on what this company is about. If you're thinking to work for them, please only do so if this is the last company left on this planet.
